Quiet, pleasant outlook. Uncomplicated.

Pool lining coating was worn leaving fibreglass visible, possibly exposed.I would no use it as is.

Staff friendly great location to my work

Needs a good clean old and outdated, couch I would not sit on. Rubbish under stairs just generally unkept.

Everything about the accommodation internal and external did not match what is advertised online. The accommodation did not feel safe.

Room was clean.

Had to turn the toilet tap off at the wall as it was continually leaking and turn on to refill when required to flush. No batteries in aircpn remote so used batteries in TV remote. Fire alarm has been removed!!!!

Location was close to my work venue

TV didn't work, Bathroom grout mouldy. Kettle difficult to fill up from bathroom tap. Shampoo provided but no conditioner.

Place was dirty... entrance ways... not very good first impressions. Would not stay there again... photos are not what it shows

Untidy patios and faulty window screen. No basic cleaning equipment eg: teatowel, detergent etc

Great location.

Toilet light still not fixed in the month since we last stayed in that room. Place is looking run down, lots of litter around, carpets ripped. Concerns over room cleanliness.

The location was amazing, very close to town and amenities. Hotel is very run down and could use a little TLC.

No restaurant or food facilities. The room had a microwave but nothing else besides a kettle. Prices for tea and coffee were outrageous if you didn't bring or buy your own. The only sink was in the bathroom, so I had to wash dishes in the bathroom.

Due to fridge and television not working we were upgraded.

The property is very rundown.there was a very large dead plant in a pot at the front entrance.there was gardens and the walkways were rundown. It’s a pity the property has a great view but it will take a lot of maintenance to bring it up to scratch. Sadly it reflex’s that one doesn’t want to stay there again . Sorry Rodney

Upon arrival into our room, it smelt like smoke and looked as if the carpets had not even been cleaned. The toilet smelt like urine and shower room was wet. when we arrived we had to wait before exiting our car due to 2 unrestrained wandering dogs that appear to be staying/living in one of the hotel rooms. We have small children with us and they were scared to leave the car due to the dogs. The rooms are not sanitary and when using the bathroom it appeared to be toilet paper stuck to the wall beside the toilet. There are poo marks on the wall in the toilet, the basin tap isn’t attached properly, some brown marks splattered over the front of the sink cupboard. There are animal droppings under the sink cupboard along with a random brown paper bag. The wall in the main bedroom has some liquid marks that have not been cleaned. The fans are matted with dust so thick when you turn them on it flings off in your face. There are stains on the floor and stains on the walls. There are evens stains on our bedding that we have to sleep on!!! The toaster is foul and the kettle is beyond usable. To say I’m appalled in an understatement and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
