    Nothing!

The location is quiet, remote and dramatic. Very cool. The decor and historic touches were really lovely. The weather had been stormy all day, so it was a treat to have the log fire and hot tub in the evening. We had forgotten that breakfast was supplied, so we brought our own - but wished we hadn’t, because the supplied breakfast was excellent

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we collected the keys—greeted by a kind and helpful gentleman—everything was seamless. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out—from the quality crockery, cutlery, and wine glasses, to the overall comfort of the space. It felt like a home away from home. Nature put on a spectacular show for us—whales spotted daily, a pod of dolphins, seals at Cape Bridgewater, and kangaroos and wallabies nearby. On our way out, we were even lucky enough to spot a koala! This was such a memorable getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The Annex was the cheaper of all the cottages. Doesn't have a laundry and wifi is not great. Also the entrance area is not inviting, like the other cottages. Not deal breakers but just thought it was worth mentioning.

This is a beautiful location. We stayed in the annex for 2 nights. The Annex was lovely, had all the comforts you would expect - comfy bed, great shower, well presented and clean. Lounge area was cosy, we had the fire going both nights. Loved that breakfast was supplied. Some lovely walks and of course the light house, right at your back door.

There are a dozen wind turbines outside which kind of ruins the view. There are quite a few flies that got into the property somehow.

The character of the property has been beautifully preserved and the beds are very comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a cute little laundry.

The lighthouse cottage was so beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. At sunset the kangaroos and wallabies would come into the garden and eat the grass, so fabulous to watch. The serenity and beauty is breathtaking…. Lying in a warm comfortable bed listening to the waves crashing was so refreshing and relaxing. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We would have liked to stay longer.

The Annexe is adorable. It is more than adequate for a couple. We loved the isolation and quiet. At night it is wonderful to watch the stars and the lighthouse. The kangaroos and wallabies are a delight. We especially loved the big window in the shower looking out at the bush and kangaroos. We booked a separate tour of the lighthouse with Gordan. It was very informative. Gordan is very knowledgeable and standing at the top of the lighthouse was incredible. Such a view!

The lights were all very bright and we had to put a bedside lamp in the kitchen to find our way to the bathroom at night.

Absolutely lovely experience at a lighthouse cottage! The place was beautifully equipped and comfortable in an exceptional location. Even breakfast items! Glorious scenery and a variety of trails for walking or hiking. Kangaroos visited in the evening. Cosy living room. Unfortunately not cool enough for the fireplace.

The vent in the bathroom gets sucked up by outside wind (of which there was plenty) then drops down again. We rolled up the bath mat across the door to block the tapping noise.

Magnificent location. Comes with free kangaroos (huge and dark grey).

Stayed in the caretakers cottage, cute as a button, had everything you'd need. Comfy, home-like feel which made it super relaxing. Felt like my own little beach-house. Falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves on the nearby cliffs was just magic! Secluded so was lovely and quiet.
