Could do with a lick of paint here and there but nothing that bothered us.

Beautiful to sit not he balcony and watch the waves. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Andy met us with the keys and was extreemly helpful, helped us carry the cases up two flights os stairs. Kitchen was lovely, great space. Also great to have a bath and a good size one, something lacking on our travels. Pool is heated and looked very tempting although I didn't get to use it. Shops are walkable, I would suggest going down to the seafront then turning right and walk along the shore rather than what I did and walked up the hill. You walk so far then turn right up the hill to get to the shops. Would love to visit again one day.

We had an excellent view of the beach and ocean view though the weather was not pleasant due to the wind and cold. this did not detract from the location.

Location was awesome, loved listening to the waves crashing from the balcony, then heading to a comfy bed and no street noise. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, it was just like being at home. Host Andy was very gracious.

Only access by stairs, no lift. Ok for us but older travellers beware.

The stairs were challenging but so very worth it

This property is in the perfect location. The manager, Andy couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment had everything you would need and is perfectly situated for Caloundra’s beaches, some great eateries and coffee shops, bars as well as the best views, shops, the market in Bulcock St - so much!

It wasn't really an issue for us, but if you are driving a larger car the car parks are a bit snug.

Excellent location, close to everything we could possibly need and right on the beach. We especially loved the 'local feel' of Kings Beach itself. We were greeted by the owner of Capeview, Andy, who is very friendly and helpful. Plus any of the cafe owners and Surf Club staff were very warm, fun and friendly. We also loved the ground floor apartment as we had easy access to the beach, the pool straight through our own private courtyard and the car park directly below the apartments.
