AustraliaThe details of the room could have been cleaner, particularly the 20cm shower head. Ours was absolutely filthy. The outdoor area left alot to be desired as well, the chairs were quite dirty and cushions need to be replaced. For the money paid thinking the finer details shluld not be looked over.

Excellent value for money, and the place was gorgeous. We booked this place 30 minutes before arriving because we’d been travelling all day and just needed someone to sleep. Absolutely will stay here again during our next trip

AustraliaThe lighting to get to the bungalow was almost non existent and with the wetlands literally just over the edge in the dark it became rather dangerous. The room needed a really good dust, but was really cute.

Beautiful location! Close to the beach and caves. Our kids had very much enjoyed our stayed. Check in was quick. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Bottled water were complimentary in the fridge when we arrived, as were tea and biscuits. Beds were comfortable. Drying racks provided. Great stay! Would love to come back

AustraliaNo door on the toilet. This is the stupidest thing some (a very small minority) hotels do. So uncomfortable and probably the only reason we won't stay again. For the owners, remember this - You can only loose customers by not having a door on the toilet. No one will say ever, 'let's stay at that place again because I love how the toilet doesn't have a door on it.' They will only say 'I don't want to hear or smell you go to the toilet. I'm not staying there again'. Why, oh why, would you do this? It's not cool, it's not hip. It's not architecturally brilliant or cutting edge. It's uncomfortable. Just put up some clouded glass or something. How the owner didn't say to the architect 'This is daft, go and put a door on the toilet' astounds me. But I could be wrong, if someone really likes it, please respond. Such a great place and beautiful room, only to be let down by something no one wants.

Room was lovely. Smelt a bit on arrival but once the air con was adjusted from freezing to normal it was fine. Bed was really comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. Great bath but no nice bath products - maybe some salts/bubble bath etc.

I was quiet sick after this visit There was also … broken blinds … filthy sliding doors and immovable sliding screen … dead unwatered plants ..so sad to see this neglect in Our favourite location The rust in the support structure needs urgent attention 🙏🏻 it very sad We only treat ourselves on VERY SPECIAL occasions …. We were a little disappointed this time …. I’m confident no one will read this However I’d love to see this improve for others.

The beautiful view, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food and clean beautiful room. Perfect for a couples get away to celebrate an anniversary….perfect minus some details.

AustraliaWe had trouble opening the flyscreen, and we had to wait for someone to walk by to open the flyscreen. It needs a handle on the inside of a flyscreen. Would be nice to have a toaster. Outdoor chairs were very uncomfortable. they were like sitting on the floor.
