Great location, cute property, big bedrooms, overall facilities were good - comfortable lounge area, coffee machine, a/c, very clean - enjoyable stay.

The drive way was horrible to get down,to steep to walk so had to drive down,stairs to unit also too steep, anyone over 50 should not.stay there unless they are an athlete

The driveway is insanely steep , near impossible to turn around even in a small car at the bottom - anything above small car would need to park on road. Older people or non fit people will struggle big time with his steep driveway - it’s crazy steep

Our host's were very helpful and friendly. Our space was incredibly comfortable and perfectly situated for our needs. I would be very happy to stay again ☺️

Love the location, unit very comfortable, clean and inviting.

If I had to give a negative response, it would be the drive way, but even this is acceptable, just very steep.

Great value and great location.

Quiet location but only a short drive to the Coffs Jetty area.

There was a bit of a damp smell and we couldn't get the coffee machine to work.

It wasn't central but it was a very good location, only a few minutes drive to the centre. The place was just really well appointed, the rooms were great and the complimentary teas, coffee making machine, milk, even a couple of beers was just great.

I didn't like that we had to leave the next day! we would've loved to have stayed a few days longer but were on a timefram to get to our final destination :-)

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent cooking facilities, comfy beds, a great shower and nice outdoor area.

Location, nice garden outside unit. We had stayed here for a night last month.

The driveway is very steep and 2 flights of stairs down to the apartment. It was OK for us, but elderly or disabled will have trouble. The unit is tidy and clean but could do with a deep clean - especially the bathroom. The towels were not soft & fluffy like last time, quite rough on the skin. So many rules posted everywhere, saying what NOT to do eg: conserve water have short showers. Being a rebel, I had a nice long hot shower this morning. You can hear the owners walking around upstairs at times, as they live above. NB: The owners are very strict on their cancellation policy, even if the reason is out of your control, so be prepared to lose your money if you can’t attend or buy insurance.

I'm a bit reluctant to give them a good review, because it would be my choice of accomodation while working in Coffs. It was truly comfortable and an amazing experience.
