It was a 4th floor apartment advertised as views but the views were very obstructed. Fifth floor and above have gorgeous views so I would recommend checking. I have stayed in these apartments many times without issues but this apartment wasn’t as clean as we had experienced previously, there were multiple things we had to clean including dirty dishes, cutlery and linen If you have a problem with allergies or reactions to smells this apartment block isn’t for you. They have to use a very strong scent to mask the smell from the garbage chute. It can be very overwhelming.

It’s a beautiful position, close to restaurants, coffee shops and the water Staff were friendly and helpful 5th floor and higher have great views.

Was a fantastic location. Walking distance to the beach, surf club, bowls clubs and plenty of local cafes. We had an amazing view from the unit. The unit was very spacious. It had a well equipped kitchen but we opted for the local cafes.

The beds could have had soft toppers or plush mattress protectors. Two nights was bearable but we all found the beds uncomfortable.

Location was really great. Close to the Cotton Tree beach, dining options, takeaway options, two Shopping centres. The three bedroom apartment in general was perfect for our family midweek getaway. The kitchen and open-plan dining and lounge area was were we spent most of our time, preparing good food, playing games, and hanging out during the rainiest weather we'd had on the Coast for weeks. We made use of the swimming pool (in the rain), the sauna, spa, and the steam room was a big hit. Overall, we were happy with our stay. But are unlikely to stay again because of how firm all the beds were.

Our internet wasn’t working the first day we arrived and there was no staff as the office closes early at 2pm. This meant we couldn’t use Netflix or work on our laptops. But the next day they got someone in straight away to fix it. The living room needed a lamp for soft lighting at night, we just used one from the bedroom. The blankets are looking pretty ratty, but were warm.

Great location, the view was amazing. Wish we had been on a higher floor, my fault for not requesting it. Very comfortable couch and recliners in the living room and also the beds. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Big TVs in both bedrooms. The unit was very clean, the cleaners do a great job.

Wonderful views of the river and ocean from the 11th floor apartment. Nice size and well-appointed two bedroom apartment. Easy walk to cafes, shops, beach and river front.

The car space in the underground car park was impossible to get into as one of the support poles was in the lines (I don't have a big car). So we parked on the street (which was not a big deal, but it is the only negative)

The location was great, and the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the second bathroom was a bonus. Had everything we needed. Would happily stay there again.

Apartment needed a facelift. Dryer needs replacing , larger clothes airer. More cooking utensils. Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing.

Tradies started work too early in the morning like 7.20am in the apartment above us which is a bit annoying

Good location, close proximity to everything including the beach. Has pool, spa and sauna. The rooms are spacious, newly renovated and has everything we need. The staff are fabulous, we had Jodie at the reception desk and she's helpful and friendly

Whilst is was tidy it wasn’t clean. All the curtains in the unit were stained and disgusting. Inside the wardrobes were full of dust and lint. There was lint hanging from the bedroom ceiling like stalactites, lint on the pictures and the ceiling fan blades covered in dust. The main bed sheet was stained also.

Location is fantastic, outlook from 8th floor was amazing. The apartment size is great and the bathrooms look like they had been recently renovated.
