The room was spacious but felt under-furnished. Would have been nice to have a small desk, in addition to the small coffee table, so as to house the coffee and tea making facilities. The kettle had a very small, very awkward spot almost behind the tv.

We were very kindly gifted with a bottle of wine to enjoy, as it was our wedding anniversary. Cleveland Winery is in a beautiful location, with lovely grounds. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll around the property when we arrived - pretty at sunset. Stars were dazzling at night. Breakfast was nice - tasty offerings. Loved the cats that roamed - very friendly and cute.

We had a lovely time here. We enjoyed the Irish breakfast. We also had dinner on one of our nights, which was a great meal. It's a beautiful location. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a nice walk, where you can see some Alpacas and cows.

Beautiful estate, different buildings and areas and great ambience and architecture. The rooms are cozy, modern and nice. Breakfast is great and the staff is lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cleveland Estate. Located in beautiful Lancefield, it was close to Mount Macedon and local wineries. It was a great place to explore the area from. The facilities were excellent, the room comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Move the hot tubs closer to the hotel rooms. Room a little noisy due to guests up stairs. No dinner or bar service on Sunday night this could have been offered at a more scaled back menu

The room was a little dated. Lack of a proper coffee table. The shower was not the greatest.

The location and the estate itself were superb. Seeing the alpacas on our morning walk was beautiful.

It was everything I needed it to be! Booked last minute and needed to just get away and relax. The room was clean, the staff were lovely (thank you Kate and Kayla) and the alpacas were a bonus!

Restaurant was only ok; but there are other options 5 mins up the road in the town.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Lovely views and very relaxing. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Kate at reception was amazing - there was an issue with our room on the first night and when we explained it to her the next morning she moved us immediately and made absolutely sure we had a good nights sleep the second night.

None. Oh the aircons were on with doors and windows wide open in the conference room, a bit of energy waste.

I loved everything about Cleveland Estate, customer service (Charlotte and her manager), views, gardens, courtyard, breakfast, sunset, sunrise, tranquility, woodfire fragrance in the morning, etc. It has exceeded my expectation. We totally enjoyed our stay!

The restaurant was only opened at particular times on Fridays-Sunday for lunch and dinner. Makes it hard when staying Sunday-Tuesday.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and was delicious. Scenic outlook. The serenity also made for a great stay.

Located in a quiet and peaceful country setting with great outlook, boutique accomodation, good food, wine and staff super friendly. The wine cellar and rustic old manor create a beautiful ambience.

A beautiful hotel set amongst landscaped cottage gardens and heritage buildings. Room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our short stay - aircon, comfy bed, toiletries. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and they called ahead to ensure we understood what facilities would be available during our stay.

I suggest should have a shower head in the shower.

good continental breakfast, but pity that the restaurant on Sunday is not open or else would be fantastic, but we found the pissa in town which is 5 minuts way.
