Was good for what we were in Korumburra for. The spa made it an extra nice touch after a very cold night out and location was perfect.

Tired appearance on the inside. Heating barely adequate. On the second evening realised no milk in fridge for coffee. Went to the office at 6.45pm and although hours were shown as 8am-8pm it was locked!

The guy at reception was lovely and very helpful. He organised a courtesy bus for us for a local hotel.

Electric blankets did not work. We were able to keep warm with the heater on all night however it was extremely noisy.

Easy check in. Room was basic but exactly what we needed for our stay and very close to the event we were attending. Staff were helpful, even printing out something for me. Room was clean.

of the two towels in my room, on had strains on it, the room design was tried and the toilet had a toilet paper holder better suited for a public toilet than a motel. Wifi kept dropping out. heater was noisy

Great location in a great town, stayed so i could access the dawn service with ease. good car parking and the place was quite with not much road or other guest noise.

The location is wonderful... Korumburra is a really beautiful town and this motel is walking distance to Coal Creek Community Park and Museum. Customer service was excellent.

My partner was bitten throughout the night by bedbugs, so would definitely recommend bringing some sort of bug repellent. Ended up sleeping on top of doona cover with fleece blanket over top as by the time we realised this it was quite late at night and reception was closed, and we did not have time to discuss when we left. Bathroom had mould and was slightly dirty, TV was just regular channels, some of which didn't even work properly. You would think that paying $160 for one night would at least get you some sort of TV where you can watch something other than cable TV? Receptionist was nice but spoke a little bit too fast and was hard to understand. I have auditory processing issues but in a country town you should be in no rush to hand over a key. Amenities were okay, rooms are not soundproof and could hear everything going on in other rooms and outside also. Only one small bottle (tiny) of shampoo and conditioner (separate) for both myself and my partner? I understand its complimentary but if there's a couple/two guests its a standard thing to have two sets of toiletries.

The room was relatively affordable, and was in a good location within driving distance to Inverloch and Wonthaggi. Staff were friendly. Room was decently sized however quite outdated. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk as well as clean glasses and cold water in the fridge. Good lighting and bed was comfy enough to sleep on as well as pillows.

it’s an old hotel and a bit outdated, so it needs a bit of an update, understandingly i realise that would be very costly but one thing i think would help is smart tvs in all the rooms, would be better for people wanting to watch movies during their stay, i would’ve preferred that and im sure lots of other people would have especially people with young kids to keep them occupied, much more consumer satisfaction would come. otherwise for the price and venue, very good

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had come to cycle on the Great South Gippsland Rail Trail so the motel was well suited to our needs.
