Only negative I have was the lack of useable cooking pans, we had to go buy a fry pan to be able to cook

The packages of cereal were stale and out of date apparently, I did not consume any myself but there was plenty of milk supplied and coffee and tea for cuppas. Easy access to the property and a great sized garage for our motorbikes. Air conditioner was fantastic once we worked it out, plenty of information given prior to check in and host was very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Suited our needs perfectly for the two night stay and all our guests were pretty happy with the added ensuite situation to two of the rooms. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Good location and minutes from where we had our event. Would recommend staying here.

Bed was a bit to soft, this hurt my back as I have a damaged discs. sadly the old outdated dispenser in the shower was off putting.

Had a few glitches with the online check-in but very quick to answer the phone. Check-in forms very involved. Very helpful and friendly staff as I rang them several times.

In a magnificent location. Close to everything. The house is huge but the central heating worked a treat. Plenty of plates etc supplied in the kitchen and a barbecue outside. Car parking for one car was great but if more than one car would have to park in the street. Neat house, clean and ensuite bathrooms were excellent. Would recommend especially a large family group. Plenty of space

We came late at night, it was raining, dark. It is Winter so all roses and the whole landscape look dead and scary on arrival, walk in to the room the pictures on the wall of Marilyn scared everyone.

Very close to everything, kids can walk to the gym by themselves, lots of foods around the corner.

GENERAL There wasn’t enough chairs for all the guests to sit around the dinner table as one group. One couple found that one of their hand towels had makeup on the inside PRIVACY We found that it was a bit off putting and restricting that there was another unit with guests in the back area, where the outside seating and bbq is locked, we did want to use this area as not to disturb these guests. The windows look out from the. Back unit as well as the full glass back door, with no blind on it, gave those guests full viewing of the bbq area as well as into our unit. PARKING We also found that these guests parked on the incorrect side of the garage, and very close to the middle of the garage, this left us having to squeeze in and out of our car, no consideration for other guests parking as it was a tight turn to get in and out of the garage

Location was fantastic as it was close to the towns centre, everything was in walking distance

The cleanliness, everything from the floor to the bathrooms, the kitchen and all the knives forks pots and pans we’re discussing. There was a bowl on top of the washing machine with a spoon in it that was a quarter full of green mould. It dose state in the T&C’s about extra costings if the bbq is not cleaned after use. It took me 30 mins to clean the bbq as there was grease and burnt food still all over the bbq.

The steps leading up to the house from the road are uneven and so not very safe for people with leg issues. The house is also aged on the inside.

The 3 toilets and all the beds were clean.
