We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Stairs were hard to navigate for my husband as he is disabled on his left side and only 1 banasiter to hold on to. Spa pool was open till 9 pm on the information we had but closed by 8.45 pm. Heating was good in the rooms but not so much down stairs. No privacy Fry pans in kitchen well used and I would not recommend using these Dinning room chairs need replacing as they didn't not feel safe to sit on
It was central, staff good Ideal set up for cooking BBQ Supermarket close by as were resturants. Walking distance to the river where you can hire padle boards etc., or take a river cruise An hour and a half to Steve Erwin Zoo, good day out Good shopping 20 mins away driving to Hastings St

We stayed here more than 20 years ago and were keen to go back. We were in a back unit, so it was well away from the road which can be a bit noisy. We loved the position of Coco Bay Resort as it is only 100 metres from the river and Gympie Terrace, with a very large assortment of eateries. A large supermarket and smaller shops are also very close to the property. The grounds at the resort are meticulously kept and very tranquil. Whilst the units are starting to show their age, ours was spotless and the decor, very inviting. We had everything we needed. All in all a lovely property that we would definitely revisit in the future, if the opportunity presents.

We had a fantastic time at the Coco Bay resort. Jo was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was so spacious and the grounds were kept so well. Location wise, this place is also perfect being walking distance to all the restaurants/cafes/bars on Gympie Terrace. Beaches are all nearby as well and Noosa Heads is just a short commute.

We’ve been back to Coco Bay many times, and it’s our first choice around Noosa. Great value and location close to Gympie Tce, Noosa River and shops/restaurants. It’s a short drive to Hastings St. and there is also a bus stop right outside which takes you into Noosa too - good for busy periods when driving there and finding a car park can be tricky

There is nothing we didn’t like about our stay.
The property was well presented, clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of water sports, river, supermarket, restaurants and other facilities. The aircon in our room made our stay comfortable during the hot and humid weather. The resorts facilities, including pool and sauna were clean and absolutely relaxing. The in room washing machine and dryer made it easy for our large family to keep on top of washing during our week long stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Can’t fault our stay, will be back.

Can’t think of anything worth mentioning.
We loved so many things! Jo was so friendly, our unit was great - had almost everything we needed and was very clean, pool was a hit with the kids and it was so quiet! We appreciated the aircon and the top up clean halfway through our stay. Washer and dryer were a big tick from us! Location was great (we have 3 young kids and no car). Bus stop right out the front to Hastings St and Eumundi, can walk to Gympie Tce. So happy with our 11 night stay - will definitely be back.

The beds are a bit hard, but I still slept well on them. The built-ins are a bit small due to the ducted air conditioning.
The heated pool and spa. Well maintained gardens. The apartment was in the quiet part of the complex. Friendly staff.
