The unit we had could have used a coat of paint but it was very clean and well presented. We have stayed in other units that were slightly better.
The location near the beach and local shopping centre was great. The pool and sauna were wonderful. The spa was out of action most of the time but the pool heat was increased to compensate. The staff were really helpful and a pleasure to talk with each morning.

I was surprised there was a primary school behind the property. Children started playing at 7.30am however I found I was awake before that time or ear plugs did the trick. I would stay there again.
The property felt well organised, safe and quiet, staff welcoming and friendly, There was an efficient and convenient rubbish disposal system The carpark for guests safe and secure. The location was perfect for cafes, restaurants, the supermarket and the beach - all a few minutes walk without needing to rely on the car.

Would prefer king size beds for comfort (our 1 BDR apartment had a large double bed/small queen.
Fabulous location and within 10 min walk to Mooloolaba beach and esplanade. Handy to Coles supermarket for food essentials. We stayed on Level 6 apartment with partial ocean views. Would probably stay in the 2BR apartments facing the sea if we return. The staff were very helpful and we were able to park our rental car in the visitors car park, on the day we checked out as we didn’t leave until early afternoon.

Coco Mooloolaba was the perfect location, close to main beach, shops and a fantastic playground. Fantastic facilities, family friendly and really clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful and welcoming. We will definitely book here again!

The master bed was really hard. The door was sometimes a little hard to open.
Location 10/10. Really easy to get to where we needed to be. Spacious and clean apartment with everything you could want in a holiday accommodation.

The location was perfect - just away from the traffic noise of the esplanade but only a 5 min walk to all the shops, cafes and the beach. Lauren the Manager was so very helpful and easy to deal with. Although not a full ocean view we had water glimpses and enjoyed hanging out on our balcony.

Kettle was full of ants and the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable on one side... like it had missing springs so it wouldn't support properly making me almost fall off the bed a few times.
It was a lovely room a stones throw away from the beach! Staff where lovely and kind and the facility was immaculate.

Everything was good.
We were met by Lauren at reception who gave us a very warm welcome and explained parking, keys etc and also gave us some tips regarding eating out etc. Staff were very obliging the whole stay. We want to return. Maybe to a sea view apartment next time which I think would be perfect.

What a find! From the start, Coco Mooloolaba staff were very nice, very accommodating and very helpful. We had to arrive quite late, however nothing was too much trouble for them - they went out of their way to be as helpful as possible - with everything. The Apartment was very large & had plenty of space. The bathrooms had plenty of room also.

Loved it all! No complaints!
Great location, modern apartment with beautiful pool, spa and sauna. Lauren at reception was so lovely & welcoming! She made the kids feel really special and spoilt them with books to read during their stay. Close to the beach, shopping strip and Coles with underground parking. Also loved the breakfast recommendation for The Pavillion.
