The property was so luxurious and spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cups glasses etc. great fridge with ice making facilities. Whole place was super clean with comfy beds. We loved the robes. The pool was a perfect temperature and we had it to ourselves for an afternoon. The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the beach and right at the end of the street with the shops restaurants and cafes.

Nothing it was perfect

The location is great, beds are very comfy and the apartments are spacious and have everything you could want!

There are just a couple of small changes I would suggest making the stay perfection. It's a little thing, but a signature scent to help mask that FNQ musty smell, and lastly, hold off on the "you are leaving shortly" email/letter that you send out. We arrived Friday afternoon for a two-night stay and received our check out email first thing Saturday morning. It has us thinking about the end of our stay when we had only just arrived. Maybe wait until the evening before leaving.

The penthouse was spacious, beautiful and cosy for our family of 7. Whether you want a short stroll to the beach or lookout to the left or a walk to the right to check out cool little boutiques and restaurants. Great place to stay and staff are lovely.

Smart TV took a little to set up but staff attended instantly when called to fix the issue.

We loved how close to town we were.

We loved everything

The complex was very conveniently located on the main street of PD (but still quiet), making it easy to peruse the shops, restaurants, national park & the main marina. The apartment more than met our expectations - large living & kitchen area, laundry, study, large bedroom & bathroom. The main pool also provided a relaxing place to unwind after a walk around the national park. Received a cheese platter with the room as well which was a nice touch. Receptionist (Amy?) helped me with sourcing some restaurant recommendations in town for my Vegan partner.

The shower area was a little narrow between the wall & the bath which meant that I often hit my arm against a redundant soap holder. Suggest that it be removed.
