​The hotel should consider improving the lighting in the room, as it felt gloomy. The person at the reception should perhaps speak more slowly since I had to ask a few times to repeat his sentence. There is no lift. But should be okay since it is just a double-storey building. I would suggest to contact the hotel beforehand if there is a need for room at the ground floor.

Didn't have a toaster and microwave. There was a stain on the carpet, a crack in the sink, the fact that the fridge was tiny, no proper utensils, or anywhere to cook, wasnt enough towels even though I booked for 3 people

Was given a free upgrade room Which was lovely to have an extra large bed before surgery the next day at Dandenong Hospital which is a short 18-minute walk from this accommodation.

There was not a single cup of water in the room to drink or to make the coffee and you need to spend 3.20$ to buy a botlle of water(600ml). The hotel should need to provide min 1 bottel of water(1L) to the guest as a welcome drink.

I didn’t like how the bathroom lacked places to hang the towels and that it wasn’t close to the shower. I didn’t like how there was no internal lock on the door for safety reasons at night. There was a lack of towels, soap and shower gel for two people

The receptionist was amazing! I told him that the hotel I was staying at had spiders everywhere so he gave me an upgrade. The room was amazing and really clean too.

The room was spacious and clean. We were upgraded for free and the staff were really nice/helpful. Our room was in the quieter part of the building, so we slept well. Check-in and check-out was easy and free parking is always a bonus.
