Never been somewhere so doggy with mould, rust and dust, doona was gross, entire apartment has one tiny bin in toilet. Noisy right next to high way.

Not much bedding provided just a sheet and small blankets, a couple were dirty. Wasn’t as dirty as I thought due to previous bad reviews but still not very clean.

Provision of cleaning utensils, such as mop and broom would have been beneficial, particularly as the walls in the unit leaked during rain periods.

There wasn't a complete set of cutlery. Wifi didn't reach all rooms of the apartment. Cushions on the couch were very dirty. There is no rubbish in the kitchen. Oven did not work properly. It was a bit expensive, so it was not, value for money.

In general, it was an ok apartment. Great location.

Upon arrival, surprised at how big the apartment was, the views were spectacular, massive windows in the rooms and a balcony over looking the hum of Surfers. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, we were supposed to have 1 large bed, 2 doubles and 2 singles for 7 people, but arrived to 1 large bed and 4 singles, not having enough beds for everyone to sleep on. Main bed sheets were not clean, there was food and food waste from previous holiday makers, but the office were very quick to fix the next day, the apartment had everything we needed, the cleanliness was not the best, floors were sticky, overall was a decent apartment if cleaned properly and had some little updates would be a great apartment for the price. Property is a little tired, with some TLC would be awesome. We would stay again, especially with our little ghost friend that was turning lights on and off, and knocking things off the bench and the strong smell of perfume wafting through the room when the activity was happening

* Collected envelope with apartment no. and key from locked box. Only 2 in box - one with just "Guest" written on it, the other had some lady's name. * Was given key for 3 bedroom apartment instead of 1 bedroom. Complete strangers entered our apartment at about 7pm on the first night, having been given same apartment and key. Finally got in touch with owner/manager and he came and sorted it out, (after about an hour or more). * Was advertised as having balcony - we didn't. * Only had view of big grassed area, half the pool and heaps of other high-rise buildings. * Fan in living area not working, tried new batteries, still wouldn't work. Portable a/c only blowing hot air from the back. Even with door open, we were sweltering. * No dishwasher powder or tablets.

It definitely hadn’t been cleaned. When we got in, we mopped because it felt icky. The couch needs to be replaced. It had a layer of grime on it that was beyond gross.

Certain appliances and parts of the room were unclean. Mould in the fridge and freezer door. Shower floor wasn’t cleaned. Bin in the toilet was all rusty. The indoor pool was so filled with chlorine that it destroyed my wife and I’s eyes for 5 hours following a 30 min swim. Barely any of the swim underwater might I add. Nobody there to help us with any concerns as it’s an unmanned hotel. The whole place was also impossible to effectively cool down with the portable cooling units. Constantly hot in all rooms.

Location is decent, spacious apartment. Decently priced.

The body corporate police. We had an allocated parking bay underground but someone decided that they would park there. I parked in the visitor parking with my parking slip clearly visible.. the body corporate police didn’t like this and continued to put TOW stickers on my vehicle. To top off my experience with the body corporate police they didn’t realise my bond at the end of my stay.

- The cleaning needs to be addressed asap. I mopped the tiles and cleaned the rangehood and stovetop, as well as wiped down a number of surfaces that are entry level things for a housekeeper to address. - Doors to the rooms all need a wipe down, the sliding door tracks, vacuum under and behind the beds, wash the louvres between kitchen and second bedroom. - The carpet either needs a good steam clean asap or to be replaced with a hard floor alternative. - The front door lock to enter the room is very iffy. It’s hard to know if it’s actually properly locked which is a safety concern. - WIFI was only working a portion of the time. - The security screen door to get from the stairs into level 1 has a portion of the metal coming away from the door at the bottom which sticks out dangerously at heel-height.

Room 1D 24-27 Jan. The main bedroom is spacious, as is the living / kitchen / dining area. The proximity to the main parts of Surfers Paradise is fantastic. Kitchen and provided equipment is adequate to be generally self sufficient if you wanted. Free parking is really handy as you can walk everywhere! Be mindful that it is LOW clearance of 1.7m. Sprinklers and pipes are very low so you can’t get away with anything higher.

There is only 1 aircon in the lounge/dining room. There should be aircons in the bedrooms. Even with the windows open and hoping for a breeze it is difficult to sleep in the heat. The beds are extremely hard.

The location is perfect. After reading all the reviews I packed cleaning stuff but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.

Extremely noisy at night, we all found it difficult to sleep. The place needs a deep clean as the couches were dirty and stained, dirty floor and walls. Water filter in fridge needed replacing. While it's clear a refurb is underway, it still wasn't clean. The front door creaks, and the neighbors complained to us about it. Had to buy toilet paper.

Reasonable location with parking and pool. Spacious apartment with lots of kitchen space and ceiling fans in each room.

Underground carpark very small - 1.6m clearance - My standard Trition is 1.7m and could not fit - which was not stated on the booking website. There is a permanent resident that lives there and just is carries on like a Karen about minor things. I parked out the front (with permission off staff as my car was too tall to fit in the underground carpark) to unload and she immediately came out yelling that I can't park there and she will get my vehicle towed. The rant lasted a good 8-10 minutes. Other permanent residence empathised as she is often reporting them for minor infringements as well.

Location and staff were great. Staff found me an alterative place to park as my standard Triton height of 1.7m was too high for the older style underground carpark.

Only aircon in lounge room. We have a 4x4 car, and the allocated carpark height is 1.7mtrs,we were not allowed to park in the open carpark on the premises as you will be towed (this we did witness) so we had to find parking in the street thats 3-hr limited between 9am-5pm.
