Well situated, close to the CBD, with great secured parking, very spacious, spotlessly clean, very well equiped ! ! Excellent value for money. Great view of the city. Great super market just next door.

The apartment was great value for money - comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and an IGA next door was handy for supplies. We also enjoyed the great views of the city from our 19th floor apartment. It was only a five minute walk to Chinatown restaurants and the Adelaide markets - a little further to the CBD, but for those who don’t want the 15 minute walk, the city loop buses are free with a bus stop located close by. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when there was a minor issue with the hot water and to our request for an extra blanket. Highly recommended.

Clear directions for key & parking & entry & checkout. Allowed to check-in 30 mins early. Good communication with hosts. Easy walk into CBD. parking good. Good views.

Well placed for the City Centre with great view, parking for the car and supermarket just below. Would benefit from more crockery (especially plates) to minimise the use of the dishwasher in an area where water is in short supply

Amazing apartment in Adelaide CBD with all the things you’ll need. We went there for a longer stop during our Down Under trip to do some laundry and relax a bit. It has a nice swimming pool and there is a gym (not the best).

Cutlery and dinnerware was very minimal. It would have made our stay perfect if there was a bathmat, a few more bowls, plates and glasses, a vege peeler, more than one tea towel and different bedding - a top sheet not just a duvet for those of us who feel too warm easily unlike our partners!

The combination was incorrect but host was quite easy to contact.

On arrival after checkin time, someone connected with managing the unit was parked in our allocated parking spot and I had to ring twice to have the car moved.

Lovely unit 1903 on the 19th floor. Good central location in CBD, plenty of eateries and ease to attractions, quite quiet considering number of residents. Comfortable bed, very clean, lovely unit. Loved the Xmas tree and swans on the bed made with the towels.

Wifi didn't work, bit of city noise through the night, but wasn't major. Nothing really to dislike!

It’s not on the Top Floor as advertised. The bed needs a fitted sheet not a flat sheet, flat sheets become tangled during the night. Pillows were ordinary, memory pillow would have been great. New puffy cushions on the couch would be more comfy. All in all a good stay.

Communication was excellent. Clean, great views, easy to find. Plenty of shampoo etc. Great to do some clothes washing. Loved the little extras. IGA down stairs and Cafe such a tick of approval and the people we met in the lift were so friendly.

Very convenient area, walking distance to the CBD, Adelaide Oval and China town. Apartment has everything you need and is very clean. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Adelaide

Bit of street noise in the early hours of the morning, due to cleaning and maintenance crew on the street. About 10 mins walk to trams and J1/2 buses esp with luggage — but flat walkable ground Would have loved some additional pots and pans for cooking.

Spacious, uncluttered. High floor with unblocked views Airy and cool breeze. Generally Quiet and everything worked. Beds were comfortable Presence of Washer and dryer in apartment was great The presence of various condiments like tomato sauce, salt, oyster sauce and cooking oil were great touch… even a cook book with different recipes ! Walkable to Central market and Adelaide convention centre and Torrens River bank IGA grocery shop just below. Swimming pool and gym in house for use

Although the 180 degree view was unobstructed all the way to the horizon there wasn’t much of interest to look at.

Modern, well equipped and comfortable accommodation with good facilities exactly as described. The sauna, steam room and indoor heated pool were a bonus. The agent was very responsive, friendly and helpful.
