The shower head is clogged up and goes everywhere. The bathroom door catches and is difficult to open. Rubbish was left on the bed when we arrived. Pillows were almost completely flat and no spares in cupboard.

Our only source of water for the kettle and coffee machine was the bathroom sink. We were also told to do dishes without access to a kitchen sink or proper facilities to do them.

Requested an exception for leaving earlier 2 weeks in advance for unexpected return to work … they didn’t reply. Would get surely covered the 2 nights with other guests. Understand they have policies but sometimes showing a bit of humanity build better relationships. Definitely I will not book again when I’m going to Brisbane.

Hard to find as booking.com and comfy had the location about 600 m away on a bridge. I had to call for assistance as we ended up in a construction zone. Please list the name of the building or at least warn people to use Google maps as it lists the location correctly.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever ★☆☆☆☆ Finding this place was a nightmare. The address they listed had the unit number in front of the street number, which completely threw off maps and GPS. When we finally tracked it down, it wasn’t even obvious that it was a hotel. Nowhere in their listing did it clearly say that it was part of Park Regis and located indoors – that would have saved us so much frustration. Once we finally checked in, the disappointment only continued. The staff told us there would be kitchen facilities and even a microwave available. That was flat-out false. There was nothing. No kitchen, no microwave, not even basic amenities you would expect in what they misleadingly call a “studio.” We ended up having to drink water out of the bathroom tap – hardly what you expect when you’re paying for a “hotel studio.”

However, the heating was faulty without prior notice. When the maintenance staff came to fix the heating, they also asked us to stay in the room to help open the door, which delayed our travel plans. The hotel's administrative efficiency is really incredible. In the end, although they promised a compensation plan for four nights with a 10% discount on the room rate, the ruined itinerary and travel quality cannot be compensated by that little money.

Only 2 tea bags for a two night stay. Very minor issue I do agree. Everything else was as close to perfect.

Was a little bit unclear on checking in process, and although the property has no “service desk” the person at the counter did begrudgingly tell us how to access the room and parking.

Absolutely stunning view of the river and the city skyline. Had everything we needed and only a short 15 minute walk to the CBD. Was clean and comfortable.

I didn't get to stay at the place. Wasted my money. Hard to locate, no clear direction and had to book into Ibis. Didn't get a refund, communication over the phone and email was very bad

Understand that no cleaning was included for 6 night stay but would have expected more than one towel each, Bathroom flooded when you used the shower so bath mat was soaked. One bin bag provided, again for continuous 6 night stay. False advertising re pool, lovely photos of pool area but it is out of service and the hotel staff advised this has been out of service for over a year. Overall the building is in poor repair and could do with a facelift. WiFi was not working and even after reaching out for help it was basically non existent.

Location was good. Easy walking to South Bank and Queens Street Mall, central.

No microwave in the studio.

Location - walking distance to CBD and sporting venue. Access to keys was easy to follow instructions which meant that checking in was quick and easy. The view was absolutely stunning especially at night.

Very noisy from roads, apartment above could hear noise on my ceiling and neighbour 77 kept going in and out all the time making the doors noisy, disturbing, NO MICROWAVE, NO FRESH AIR, NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOLER/WARMER.

NIce Beers, thanks, bed nice and comfortable, very noisy and no fresh air.
