I think we should be left with more than one sachet of dish detergent. Not enough for 4 nights worth of dishes. Also we didn't realise NO LIFT. It makes it difficult for a couple of older guests to carry luggage up the 3 floors.

The location was incredible and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We thought that the hot tub might be a poor choice in winter but it was perfect, especially coupled with a sauna. The apartment was roomy and we could see the beach from the bed which was a lovely bonus. We even got a fantastic recommendation for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.The staff were very friendly and helpful.We stayed in a top unit (views of the ocean), for two weeks.The unit was very clean,the bed great,the kitchen had everything we needed, the unit was serviced during our stay.We absolutely loved the Greek Restaurant on the ground floor.(highly recommend it.)

Construction work across the road during our stay - obviously not the property’s fault but meant we couldn’t even stay inside after 7am some weekdays and certainly couldn’t enjoy the balconies. Only received one key to apartment which was difficult between 4 people.

Not enough toilet paper and dishwasher powders for stay. No condiments (salt & pepper) Other guest parking in allocated parking spots and when we tried to call about it no answer.

Location was good, close to restaurant, RSL, take away shops. Apartment was spacious and tidy

Outdoor surfaces need to be cleaned as there was black grime on the common pathways.

There was some obvious wear and tear due to its age. Eg major rust on outside aircon unit, some cracked and missing bits in bathroom cabinets and kitchen.

You could tell the unit was getting old but the position is great. It was very clean and comfortable Good size unit Offered all the needed gadgets for cooking etc

Staying longer than a weekend more rubbish bags and tea coffee sugar would have been great

The location was great with pool, sauna and spa, mattress on bed was hard, outside furniture was rusted and corroded from sea air

There was nothing that I was disappointed with. I wish I could have stayed there longer and hopefully I can return there for another comfortable stay.

The location was perfect for accessing the amazing beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The room was very comfortable and clean and has all the comforts of home with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and the kitchen has all the utensils and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and a good shower with a strong water flow. There is plenty of shared open areas with barbecue facilities. Lovely swimming pool and spa. The rooms are very quiet and I wasn't aware of other guests.

Really good location and staff really friendly. Rooms very spacious. Bed was like a rock unfortunately, and the fan made a terrible noise when in use. Other than that was really good. Made use of the Pool and Sauna and great location.

It is a great location, walking and sightseeing There are plenty of places to dine out without having to drive. The only downfall was the stairs, being older with a bad knee, and on the top level. Next time, we would ask for the level below at street level

Could do with some basic cooking amenities (salt, pepper, oil). No beach towels provided in the unit (had a hire option). A bit loud at night due to street noise and restaurants.

Everything clean, tidy when arriving, great location, pool was a handy addition to beach swims. Access to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants (best vegan Thai we've ever had!). Aircon was very welcome and great smart TV and couch.
