Excellent breakfast provisions. Regular tea bags would have been preferred to Yorkshire tea! The location was close to town, shops, restaurants. Host was very quick in responding to my inquiries. Would stay here again.

Great location and very comfortable. Food was left for breakfast. Checkout was 11am and our 2 little fur babies were able to stay too . Very well appointed accommodation.

Our host had a cosy warm home for us at the end of a long day. It had beautiful spaces to suit our family. Loved the books available to read. Having cooked breakfast supplies was a wonderful addition.

It is appropriately named as the cottage is very cosy. The beds were so comfy and the whole house is very warm. I really appreicated that it was truly a bed and breakfast, the breakfast was lovely.

Nothing could have been done any better

Everything was just perfect. Plenty of room to relax and was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when travelling thru.

Parking for travellers is a bit hard, our car was a bit big to manoeuvre into to park at the back of house, which we were aware of when booking. There is free parking in front of house for the first hour past 9.00am but you have to register online and then will be charged after hour. Cross the road was free but there was a building site and tradies were parked there, bad timing for us.

Beautiful old world charm. Heating in floor was a welcome surprise throughout the home and a nice touch by host Jen was the heating was on when we arrived. It really is cosy.and having a separate big lounge was a bonus. Home is so close to the Main street, walking distance to shops, hotels and eateries. Spa bath was perfect and great after a day of exploring Ballarat. This home is surprisingly large and would definetly book again. Decor was beautiful and we felt so much at home. Thankyou

We weren't able to get the stove top to work but there was an oven and microwave so it didn't hinder our COMPLIMENTARY breakfast.!

Place was perfect for what we needed. We were able to check in early, the heater was on for our arrival which meant the place was cosy and warm. Location was superb!!

Stayed one night only with my 92yo Dad. We were both very comfortable, and loved the ambiance of the cottage and the special touches, like food in the fridge for breakfast- food in the pantry - a very well equipped kitchen - fabulous bathroom with spa bath - beautifully furnished … and more. Wish we had an excuse to stay longer. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location, easy walk to heart of town. Suited us perfectly for a weekend. Plenty of street parking as we had 2 cars. Jan provided some basics for breakfast too which we weren't expecting, and very kind touch.

Beautifully furnished and very spacious. We were only three but the house would cater for 6 easily. Lovely towels, bedsheets and breakfast 😊Great location.
