Adjoining doors made it sound like people were IN our room at 1-5am, and was staying with my daughter - so was SUPER AWKWARD with some of the things we could hear 😬 also tv doesn’t connect to internet so only basic tv; no Netflix etc.

Beds comfy, decor cosy and dark. Good bathroom supplies and attentive staff. The shower was good pressure and hot, once we figured out the trams it was easy travels to cbd and nightlife food in area is really good also. Close to beach

The cleanliness of the bathroom, mould the toilet seat was loose and the bathroom door was loose and it couldn’t be closed for privacy.

It was close to what we needed transportation etc, good security parking. Staff were nice.

The room was very disappointing. I asked for an executive suite, and was not impressed by what I got. This was for my partner’s birthday, and we were quite disappointed. The door onto the balcony did not lock, and there was a small slide lock for this which you had to play with the door quite harshly before you could get it to lock. The room was obviously very aged and could definitely do with a freshen up. The bathroom was quite disappointing. Stepping up into the bathroom, and then stepping into the bath for the shower, it’s not ideal. There was not much room in the bathroom at all. The lounges were very uncomfortable, and the carpet was very old and needs replacing. I am from quite central Queensland and I feel we get a lot more bang for our buck up there. A lot of the hotels I’ve stayed in for Work or for pleasure. I have been a lot more upmarket for the price I paid for this one.

The staff were professional. It was easy to get a taxi which was good.

Very noisy. You can hear everyone walking past your room. Guests next to us extremely noisy, banging on the doors during the night. Does not list cost for parking online.

I HATED the car park. I hate that we had to pay per night to park our car in the worst car park in a hotel ever. So narrow, hard to navigate. When we parked the first night it was full and 1 park left.. we needed that park, do you think we could park there? No. Cause the neighbouring car could not park straight so it took up the last park as well as their own. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. They seemed like they were too “good” to welcome us.

I liked that it was walking distance to a lot of places and there was transport near by. I liked the cleaning lady. She was so nice. Nothing was too much trouble.

The car park wasn't included in the price and the access to the car park is a pain. We have a 4wd and could barely fit in the park as there are columns everywhere and very close together. The air conditioner in the room was playing up and couldn't use the remote to turn on/off. The bathroom has no fan and when showering everything becomes soggy from evaporation including toilet paper. The shower screen should be longer as it sprays water onto the floor when showering. Toilet doesn't flush very well and takes 2-3 flushes to get rid of paper.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Updated modern amenities.

Parking was outrageous. It was near impossible to park in such a tiny space. Although, most of Melbourne seemed to be this way.
