Location

Love the location, staff very friendly and very helpful

Room was lovely, staff were lovely

Was really hard to find our way from the carpark to reception and then to our room, no one helped with our bags My partner and I travelled from Adelaide for my 50th and his 48th, we had mentioned this when booking but nothing was said we felt a little bit like a number.

Like the convenience of location

The bathroom's were not family appropriate. Need more privacy. Didn't like that there were no closed walls between beds and bathroom. This would only suit a couple, not a family.

The location was great. rooms were clean and spacious

We were located on the side that overlooked the multilevel car park getting to sleep was near impossible as there was numerous amounts of cars doing skids until early hours of the morning. I understand that this is out of crowns hands what happens outside of their premises but it was still disappointing. If we put the heating and cooling unit on it made my ears feel like they were going to burst, I think it was due to the room feeling so pressurised from the heating system. So we slept with it off. We got woken up at 5:30 in the morning to a massive bang on the roof, this continued at least every 20 minutes until about 830 that was when we realised we were located under the gym and it was people dropping weights on the floor. I did ring and speak to the manager and they were accommodating asking if I would like to be moved and offer late check out but unfortunately by 830 in the morning it’s was too late for that.

We were double charged and had to chase it up multiple times. Definitely could have been cleaners. Both rooms were not that clean at all. Bathrooms grubby. Chewing gum on bedsides.

Great location, indoor access to restaurants and casino.

Delay in retrieving luggage from concierge.
