Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

You could see across the road to the Broadwater even in a garden view apartment on the lower level. The staff were friendly and helpful and so were all the guests/residents we encountered in our 4 night stay. We felt very at home here.

AustraliaIt would have been good to have an extra blanket in the room. It was winter and the room had tiled floor. There was no heating and the only heater that we saw in a cupboard was so dusty we didn't want to touch it.
Location was good and the view over the Broadwater was lovely. Very peaceful.

Excellent location, comfortable stay with our family. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful off the balconies. We were on level 11, and it was a brilliant view.It was a lovely breakaway. Easy access to under cover parking and lifts. The pool is lovely and spacious. We had everything we needed. We had 2 room for my parents to Saturday with us, and they put us on the same level, which was appreciated.

AustraliaThin walls. I could hear the folks next door and anyone walking along the corridor. Could hear the lifts moving and rubbish going down the shute. The kitchen was very tired looking, paint coming off, doors not closing properly any more but that is just cosmetic and not a deal breaker.
Secure carpark. Proximity to the conference at Sharks Mantra that I was attending. Nice view. Short walk to restaurants and cafes at Aqua.
