Extra attention to cleanliness and maintenance with a chocolate wrapper found in a draw, and lights in the bedroom not working.

The beach view apartment was worth the extra money to have the balcony and great views.

The room could have been cleaer, the floors were unclean upon arrival 2 of our towels had stains on them. Could not get the heaters to work even after calling reception for instructions on how to use them. Just general cleaning could have been more detailed.

Blinds were old vertical blinds that let in a lot of light. Would be great if they updated to proper block out blinds or curtains as the sun comes up relatively early in QLD and it can be uncomfortable with kids.

Pool was lovely. The suite itself was simple and clean.

Couldn't get the smart TV to work, but didn't worry. Mentioned this on leaving and was told I should have asked staff to look at it. Wasn't a big deal.

The location, for me, was perfect to meet up with family and friends in the area. Coles Supermarket is within easy walking distance as were restaurants and cafes. Gardens were lush and lovely which is missing from many of the newer properties in the area. Close proximity to the airport. I would and will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly at expected. It was very close to the beach. Palm beach is beautiful and quiet. There are excellent restaurants nearby and plenty of activities.

The apartment we were in was VERY dated; the leather lounges with worn fabric and timber table and coffee table made it appear as if it hadn't been touched for over 20 years. While comfortable and well laid-out - a bit of effort on the decor would have gone a long way.

Currumbin Sands is a wonderful complex with beautiful swimming pools, hot spas and BBQ facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach is brilliant.

Some facilities in the bathroom weren’t working, e.g mirror lighting and fan. Building is a bit tired but rooms are spacious. The apartment was nice and light.

The swipe to get in and OUT of the pool area was really annoying, understand swiping to get in, but to get out was annoying. Putting notes on cars in the visitor bays overnight was annoying, in the morning every car had a piece of paper on it. No swimming towels and not enough towels in the apartment. They want the apartment left with no rubbish but leave no spare rubbish bags. No washing powder sachets, No body wash, shampoo or conditioner, standard things you get even at a motel. These were minor things, we still enjoyed our stay, these were just some things that were a miss for us.

Location was awesome, apartment was older but it was roomy & we only stayed for the weekend. No air conditioner in the room only in the sitting room, but there was a fan and it’s wasn’t a hot weekend. Check in instructions were easy, wifi was great as there is hardly any reception. Hot spa was awesome, nice big pool. The parking underneath was convenient and located near the room. The beach access was very handy as well, we love Currumbin.

It's an older building and could have done with a more in-depth clean. There was cobwebs in some corners of the sitting room, the oven looked like it hadn't been fully cleaned (Dirty tinfoil on the oven tray) along with cutlery (Knives & forks) in the top shelf still in the dishwasher when we arrived.

Location was 10/10 along with great pool and jacuzzi facilities. Beach on the doorstep which the family loved!!!!

The tv & remote barely worked in the lounge & the internet cut out a lot The tv in our room was out of order - we had 2 little kids so it was a main thing we wanted was for the tv to work
