Personally, I don’t think it’s very comfortable for a long stay. The couches are uncomfortable so you cant sit as a family in the lounge room. You could hear a pin drop from the lounge room in the bedroom. There was no basics like salt, pepper or cooking oil.

The properties location was great and the receptionist was freakin amazing - so helpful and friendly.

Great location, modern spacious apartment, comfortable beds and exceptional rooftop pool. Cowboys League Club, Woolworths and restaurants all close by. The Strand and waterfront 5 minutes walk. Easy free parking in car park under pool.

Room was a little aged and could do with some touch ups but it didn't take away from a great stay!

Great location, close to everything you need especially walking. Great views from the balcony overlooking the water. Apartment was huge, great sized area and big bedrooms, large balcony etc. Fully equipped with everything you could need for the stay. Although we didn't use the pool the pool area was great with bbq as well. Would definitely stay again.

Next time I will book direct, The booking.com apartment are second rate. and parking was on the 7th floor apartment on second floor.

Fridge was problematic. It froze our food even though on the right setting. Needs service or replacement. We stayed for 7 days - it would have been better if we had been provided with enough dishwashing powder, detergent, laundry liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, T paper etc. Frying pan needs replacing and we would have liked additional microwave bowl, table knives, wine glass, egg lifter. Couch cushions are very grubby.

Location was very convenient. Close to restaurants, supermarkets etc. Walking distance to the Strand and the Marina. Short drive to the airport. Car parking facility was excellent and seemed safe. Easily accessed on the same level as our apartment. The rooms were spacious and having an extra room to store luggage etc was appreciated. Laundry room was excellent with washer, dryer and laundry tub as well as iron and ironing board. This was important for us as we were able to launder our towels etc. as the room did not get serviced. Air conditioner worked well. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Stove and oven effective and useful. Good TV. Communication and access information was great.

Access from the car park to the apartment building is a bit confusing at first but there is a walk through on level 8 of the car park to level 9 of the hotel. The BBQ needs a lot of TLC.

The location was great. Close to the Strand, Walking distance to the Cowboys League Club. The apartment was very spacious. The views were fantastic. Having a designated car space(1402) in a private car park was wonderful. Swimming pool was spotless.

We found shards of glass on the carpet which was concerning given we had children walking around barefoot. The carpets were stained and looked like they needed an update. The kitchen could do with some basic supplies like glad wrap, cooking oil, sauces etc.

The apartment is very spacious with large, comfortable beds. Stunning views. Excellent pool with beautiful views also. Free car parking is handy.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Aircon was great. Lovely bathrooms. Unfortunately there was a strange odour in the bathroom. And second bedroom bed a bit wobbly.

We didnt have access to the lifts to go from car straight to floor of apartment, which took us a long time to actually get to room when we had a lot of luggage. We would have also love to have a spare key for each unit used . 1 key for each unit wasnt enough when we wanted to do things outside the hotel .

NO wifi at all. it will be better if there is wifi. It's very tricky parking and lift to the apartment. Not easy to get our luggage from the car park to our apartment. I don't know the safety requirement of balcony fence height and the width of the gab btw two glass panels. It's super dangerous for young kids staying in the balcony, and even not safe for an adult.

Very big kitchen area, we can cook properly. The apartment is big, and very relaxing sitting in the living room. The view is also very good.

The bathroom was not clean, hair still around the bathtub. Dirty spots and is old and stained. Carpet needs a good clean. Even vacuumed still felt dirty.

There was a fire alarm where everyone had to evacuate. The staff member at the front desk was nowhere to be seen. There was no direction or information as to what was going on. It was frightening and very poorly managed. The unit bathrooms also had not been cleaned. There was hair all through the shower and sink and the carpet had not been vacuumed.

It’s size, the view and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location was good.
