The staff were very friendly and attentive.

I felt that the Hotel seemed dark and unappealing. The linen was clean but pillows were stained, had not protectors on them and could be seen....needing replacing. They had old looking brown blankets and no donnas. There is no restaraunt in the building. It felt drab, dark and old. In need of a makeover!!

Location was central , good wifi

Very dated, no one has vacuumed the edges of the carpet since 1987, no in house cafe / bar, centralised aircon is very noisy , expensive

The room was $800 and yet, it was tiny! The pool for a hotel in Darwin was pretty pathetic and the pictures made it look bigger and better than what it was

Super convenient location. I found qr code check in very easy too. Car parks at night time is not easy to find around that area.

My husband locked out of toilet. The door is bit tricky.

Large room with kitchen. Modern bathroom.

Very expensive and was very dated furniture wise. No view just a brick wall considering the cost we paid - almost $400. Automated check in and out didn't really work and was very impersonal. There's something to be said by being greeted at reception.

Room was old and needs upgrading, outside of fridge and kitchen appliances were dirty, was told reception would be open on arrival, no actual reception desk, for the amount paid, expected alot more upmarket hotel.
