Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We’ve been coming to Darwin for years and stayed in all different types of accommodation, this was by far the best we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect, and the apartment had everything we needed. The little added extras like washing powder, and basic cooking items were much appreciated. There was plenty of space for a couple and a great sized balcony with awesome views.

The view was spectacular. We loved the location on the Darwin Waterfront. It was an easy walk to the city and wharf precinct. The apartment was clean and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home.

Great location and plenty of space in the apartment. Chris was a great communicator in the lead-up to our stay and everything was as described. Free secure parking was awesome.

The location is perfect. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Having the underground carpark included is a bonus, and the lift is right near. Very easy access.

Location was excellent and so were the views from the balcony. Only minutes walk from the convention center. Large choice of cafe's and restaurants. Easy access to the city center via the nearby lift and waterfront sky bridge. You are located in the heart of the waterfront district, which provides a safe place and excellent facilities to enjoy the water, swim and relax in the lagoon or fun in the wave park.

AustraliaIt was stressful getting entry into the property for the first time. Very tricky opening the key safe and had to give up trying to find the lift up to our floor as we were looking for a lift which said South block. Even the cleaner in the car park couldn’t help us. We ended up gaining entry from the street level which was fine. Bed was on the small side.
It was in a position with views over the waterfront. It was clean and spacious.
