WiFi consistency Softer bed - personal preference

Secure, and a good location. We stayed there twice, the bed was very firm in the unit we were given on our second visit. WiFi varied in speed, but overall a comfortable stay.

We were located at the front of the camp which is on a highway and the apartments were not the best for soundproofing. The interior was very basic

The property was in an excellent location within easy reach of the town centre. It was set in lovely gardens and the apartments were very quaint.

Only one armchair and only luggage rack space for one case.

Location is good. Unit was generally clean and sufficiently equipped. No hot water on arrival. Staff arranged for us to change units and to arrange for repair of previous unit. Staff verey helpful in this situation.

Overpriced. No proper doonas, the bedding was inadequate for winter nights in Alice Springs where temperatures are down to 2 degrees. Shower gel and shampoo in the shower were empty

Very clean, good location - quiet but easy walking distance to town, better kitchen facilities than expected including a stove and pans. Staff friendly enough but not especially helpful.

Due to the gate opening automatically to exit the grounds thieves were able to escape with car, phones, credit card and medical needs. Needless to say the affected tourists were very upset and fearful of what had occurred. They are left without a car to drive back to Victoria, credit card had to be cancelled. Thieves had already purchased fuel with the card. No mobile phones. A sad ending to what should have been a wonderful outback experience. If the owner of the complex reads this review would he or she please consider installing an exit code for the gate to prevent further theft of cars. On a final note - the whole complex is beautiful. A shame to see it having to also suffer at the hands of thieves. We were not affected but did make us leave lights on and secure keys, cards and mobiles.

The accommodation is in a lovely setting. However the room adjacent to ours was broken into. 4 people in cabin asleep. 3 phones and car keys stolen. The car was then driven out of the complex.

The cabin would be comfy for 2 people - didn’t work for 4 people. The kitchen was so small. No table inside to sit at - had to sit outside if wanted to eat at the table and too cold in the morning plus smokers nearby when we tried to sit outside in the evening.

The grounds of the resort were very nice. Pool looked nice but too cold to swim. Overall very clean. we managed to get a good night sleep.

TV reception and WIFI not good. Cobwebs in room. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower curtain in bathroom. Limited food items for purchase at reception and no milk available.

I felt safe staying at this hotel. It is a little out of town which we liked. We could walk into town in the morning & head next door to the golf club or indian restaurant at night! The pool was a lovely place to relax. It was fantastic to be able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went on a 3 day tour! The laundry was really handy too.

Property was positive in most aspects. It did have cobwebs on the ceiling which could be cleaned. This is minor. Overall excellent.
