SingaporeThe bed was too soft. Driveway was a fairly steel slope, had to be extra cautious when driving into garage.
Looks like a new property. Everything looks new and well cared for. Location was good, easy drive to various sights and food and supermarkets. 5 min walk to nearby park with kids playground, very convenient! We left one of our bags behind on check out, and the owner was prompt to let me know that the bag was found and made arrangements for me to collect the bag.

New ZealandThe garage remote did not work, the tv in the master kept freezing and there was no laundry basket. Agents forgot to send us the correct entry instructions so we drove 30 minutes out of our way - each way to get a code to lockbox instead of key as per the instructions sent.

AustraliaHouse was dirty inside,, spiders webs on windows,cigarette butts in outside area.Stained carpet in front bedroom. Getting out of car in garage( which is very narrow and wouldn't fit a large, wide car) was difficult as a barrel vacuum cleaner full of dirt was in the way. No battery in ceiling fan control, so we couldn't turn fan on. Air conditioner is main bedroom is not wired in, so you can't use it. No fly screens on sliding doors, so flies come in when you have doors open to try to cool place down. When I emailed and complained to the letting agent, they said I should have rung them, so the cleaner could come. My reply to that was, we arrived on a Friday afternoon expecting a clean house and everything in working order. Why should we be inconvenienced on our holiday, due to their lack of due diligence as a letting agent? The house is in a suburban area with very close neighbours on 3 sides. We did have one disturbing night with dogs barking.
