We weren’t told about codes to get back in through walkway gates so had to keep walking around the long way or take the car. We probably could have just asked for one

Unit didnt seem like it had been cleaned properly after last guests. The ensuite had dried urine around the toilet.

We stayed at the BB twice. The first time we stayed in a house and the next time in an apartment. Both accommodations were very well-equipped, very clean, and spacious. We highly recommend the accommodation, and in our opinion, there is only one minor drawback. There aren't enough storage/hanging options in the bathroom. The service on the first evening was particularly excellent. The number for the key safe didn't work at first, and we received support by phone at 9 p.m. A new PIN code was created, and the key handover worked. We would be happy to come back.

Terrible customer service over the phone having to wait around at night to try get the key. Code given didn’t work to access the key, stuffed around because of issues with payment that I called earlier to try and sort but was told to wait until we were standing outside the accom to sort. Thankful to the onsite manger for coming to the rescue after poor service over the phone.

Our 1 option to park was difficult to get a small suv into - a large SUV or van would have been a nightmare.

Best priced 3 bedroom apartment available, modern looking and had all we needed.

Lighting in bathrooms very dim…. No shelf in shower to sit shampoos etc on Blinds very hard to open No free to air tv….watching NRL state of origin on 9go…kept freezing! Only one tv remote Clock on the wall would be handy

We found rubbish in the couch, the dishwasher didn't work. The people below us were drilling something into what sounded like concrete.

Had to haul suitcases up stairs to the top floor but as I left that to the Husband to do wasn’t a big deal. 😝

Super spacious, very beachy vibe, outdoor deck was lovely & only a short drive to the beach & Sunshine Plaza! Also had Aldi across the road with some other eateries, highly recommend OMG pizza, was delish!

The toaster was broken please get this replaced as I think it is a danger to the property. The free to air TV was not working. The carpet felt old and felt a bit dirty.

The location and the facilities were really good. The bedding arrangement was perfect for our families.

Couldn’t get the tv to work for normal channels kept saying “no signal” so that was disappointing
