Not sure if there was a remote control for the outdoor patio heaters. We couldn't find anything, but we managed to turn them on. Only 3 pieces of wood for the fire pit. These were only very minor things.

Great location, right next to the Hot Springs. Very quiet area. Beautiful views of lake and a lovely outdoor area. House was beautiful. Had everything you could possibly need.

Just a few little things, The .hot water took ages to come through in the kitchen sink. The pillows on the beds were a little too high. Maybe it’s time to replace the faded plastic plant out on the deck 😊

Travelling with friends it's lovely to have space! Everything was very clean. The view and facilities just wonderful. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Walked into Metung via the Lake. Close to the Metung Hot Spring. Quiet and peaceful. Great BBQ and entertaining area if it's required.

Just some little things but nothing that would stop us from booking again as it was such a beautiful family friendly home. There was no dishwashing liquid, all of the bench sprays were empty, not enough toilet paper for the whole weekend and one of the bathroom bins hadn't been emptied. The beds were also hard and pillows extremely high. It was such an incredible house especially for a family stay, I think these small would of made it a 10/10.

My family absolutely loved this house! It was children friendly, had plenty of activities in the home to keep the kids and adults happy and had exceptional beautiful views of the Metung lakes. Check in was very easy (lockbox at property) the owner let us check in early free of charge which was lovely & much appreciated. The house was extremely clean and presented beautifully. Although the beds were harder than preferred the bedrooms, bathrooms and bed linen were to such a high standard, everything was new, clean & beautiful. They have thought of just about everything at this house. The kids loved the pool table & outdoor soccer. We loved the huge kitchen, walk in pantry and 2 outdoor entertaining areas. The outdoor bluetooth speakers were incredible. The outdoor eating area also has clear blinds which come up & down which was amazing when it was getting cool at night we could still sit outside & enjoy the outdoor area. The house is also huge! Normally photos can be deceiving but the home was much bigger in person than the photo's, we were pleasantly surprised!! We loved this house and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Everything! It was a gorgeous house with everything that we needed for a relaxing weekend. The fire pit and the Bluetooth speakers on the deck were the icing on the cake!

Terrible communication from the agency re access to property. We didn’t get the access code until one and a half hours after check-in, despite asking repeatedly. Dreadful state of the BBQ reported by us, but not dealt with.

Great views of the water and luxurious house furniture and deck.

No manuals to explain how things worked, like the heaters in the annex whether the bbq was. No instructions for cooling/cooking/ heating. The cleaning was questionable especially I opened the cabinet in main bathroom to find 2 empty cans of beer and empty wine bottle left in the basin cabinet presumably by the previous occupants. Not enough tea towels, sponges or dishwasher powder and no rinse aid. For the price we paid I think we could have expected better
