The stairs are a little dangerous for young kids but a baby gate was provided which was very helpful.

Bit of a walk out of town and the roads nearby are not well lit after dark.

Seeing the kangaroos on the golf course behind the house was a highlight! The house is very spacious, maybe a little outdated for the price but very comfortable - we would definitely stay here again.

It felt a little tired in some areas, and needed a more thorough clean (cobwebs and dusty in certain areas internally). The bedrooms and bathrooms were however exceptionally clean.

Great location on the old Dunsborough golf course, far enough out of town that it felt tranquil but close enough to still walk in.

The driveway was difficult for my lowered car to go up, our other car was fine though so I parked mine on the street.

Great location, right on the golf course which was perfect for our family. Lovely quiet cul de sac. Good facilities. Perfect for a family. Loved the balcony upstairs to chill out on.

Blinds not being fixed.

We love this house....... The blinds need fixing in the living room, and they were the same when we came 3 months ago. The toilet sink drips. When we came in Autumn it would have been lovely to have a heater in the massive fireplace to give it that cozy feeling. Apart from that we love everything about it and will come back for a 3rd visit for sure!

Cleanliness - outdoor furniture was filthy and outdoor areas not looked after (broken lights). Air con only in living area, bedrooms hot.

The dining room chairs are old and of poor quality held together by weak wooden plugs. One of the chairs broke while a guest was sitting on it while we were having dinner. This was extremely dangerous as they banged their head on the floor on the way down. Instead of being concerned for her guests safety Lorena proceeded to charge us $300 for the cost of one old faulty chair. They property has taken no steps to ensure the safety of future guests and these chairs present a substantial hazard. I would advise anyone considering this property to avoid it at all costs due to the poor quality of furniture and the owners disregard for their guests. If anyone decides to stay at this property do not sit on the upstairs dining room chairs for your own safety and to avoid being charged punitive fees.
