Accomadation, starting to become run down. When I first stayed at these units I was highly impressed by their appearance, but now there seems to be a lack of upkeep which is letting them down a little.

The TV, Foxtel, had some issues for a day or two, but was fixed pretty quickly.

Everything was fine. Having a unit with a full kitchen was good, though the BBQ was used plenty too.

As a non morning person, the wooden shutters kept out most of the light, but not all. If you're looking for blackout drapes, you might need a sleep mask instead.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, near to both restaurants and attractions.

There is not much around it. If you’re not a good walker you have to drive to every thing.

For my husband and I we found the lounge too low and deep,but that was just a personal thing.

This resort is very well maintained. The manager was very welcoming. Our unit 45 was beside a lovely heated pool. It had a nice covered outdoor area The king sized bed was very comfortable and double shower unexpected.

Staff was friendly- and accommodating. My room was ready early so he called to let me know I could check in early. Room was amazing, Clean, comfortable And pool right at my back door!

The manager is never in the office, even during the advertised office hours, he always has the sign on the locked Reception door with his phone number if you need anything. He is usually around the complex somewhere or out at 'the shops'. Check in is via a lockable box to pick up your key, and check out is via a key drop off - even during 'opening hours'. Perhaps it is to save money on staff during the quiet season?? Would be interesting to know if this happens all year round. He did respond quickly to our call when our glass sliding door came off it's rollers. In Unit 45 the bedroom has sliding doors off the hallway, but they didn't work very well and got stuck and didn't close all the way or open easily which was an issue if you wanted privacy as the ensuite off the bedroom didn't have a door. The glass sliding door to the patio had a very stiff locking lever and was extremely hard to use, could do with some WD40 or perhaps needs replacing.

All the units are individually owned, and managed by an onsite manager. So each unit will be different in regard to the amenities provided, type of furniture etc. Unit 45 was a one bedroom poolside villa which was beautifully furnished and had a lovely outdoor table and chairs with matching comfortable sunlounge (not all units had a sun lounge, although there are sunlounges in the central pool area). The huge king size bed was extremely comfortable. There was a double walk in shower, plus a washing machine and dryer. This unit was in front of the heated pool. It was very quiet in early August, but I imagine it would get very busy and noisy in summer and school holidays.

We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the size of our unit. It had plenty of room and had easy access to one of the pools. Check in was seamless, and it was a bonus that our room was available early. Gary at Reception was friendly and was able to assist with restaurant suggestions.nearby. We will definitely try and come back in the future.
