For an apartment for 8 pax, there should have more than 1 toilet unit. It can be a mad rush at times.

We love Rosie, not just the view, the interior design and the thoughtful facility offer that the kitchenware and we had a very good warm bath tub soak

Great view of Emu Bay on the decking, Modern, clean and spacious accommodation. Only 15 mins drive from Kingscote. Relaxing place to stay, would definitely reccomend.

My only tiny fault would be that a fan would be great in the main bedroom as the other bedrooms had a/c as they get the afternoon sun and a fan would suit the main bedroom

Not important for us, but just a FYI for anyone booking, at the time of our stay there is no dishwasher.

Amazing view, really comfortable house, had everything we need. Loved our time in emu bay. A great spot to visit on KI.

The main big bedroom needs an air conditioner, so we ended up using the smaller bedroom. It was quite comfortable but in the summer all the bedrooms needs to be air conditioned as the main living areas are all glass.

The extra touches such as cleaning items, salt and pepper, fresh bread etc. we travel a lot but often with holiday homes you need to stock up on things that you use but you haven’t brought from home, like condiments. It’s not worthwhile packing them to take home so they end up in the bin. At Rosie’s we appreciated these things supplied.

We would love to have seen the penguins that were in our backyard.

The house was perfect. It was a great base for our week of adventures. Very close to the beach. We could lay in bed and see the beach. Penguins in the backyard. Although we couldn't see them, we heard them.

The non stick pans needed to be replaced. We couldn't use them and ended up buying a non stick frypan for our personal use.

The light in the vanity area was pretty dark for applying makeup. Water pressure was not great in the shower, but there is no mains water in the town so its to be expected. Penguins were a little noisy, but its nature and a good experience.

The location was fantastic with such beautiful views. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful setting would recommend to others. Will encourage family and friends to stay.

Haha, we didn’t see any penguins. We could hear them, but no matter how much we looked and waited, they were too elusive. I referred to them as Ghost Penguins.

Location was great as it overlooked all of Emu Bay. Very picturesque and calming to enjoy a coffee or wine on the deck whilst reading and watching the world go by.

When we got there we could get the key out of the locked box (it was old and rusty) so we called the owners. They were quite hard to get hold of and grumpy when they delivered the key, almost like it was our fault.

Great location and lovely view! House was set up with all we needed with full kitchen and bedding.
