Quality of food was certainly not worth the price they were charging. Disappointing there was no sauna/steam room on site or in the Osprey Spa.

Extremely clean & comfortable botanica villa, very private with own car space. Wonderful facilities with lagoon pool & adults only pool, easy access to beach and walking trails.

We had trouble getting the aircon / heating to be consistent, the controls weren't intuitive and the settings didn't appear consistent with the output.

Stunning grounds. Nice staff with an amazing restaurant. We had a delicious dinner and dessert, and recommended it to our family. The bath was spacious for 2 and the individual bungalows were large and beautiful.

The water was cut off to the resort by the council for c12 hours, and we didn't receive notice. The staff said it was sent, but neither of us received it.

It’s very very expensive, Family of 5 have to purchase x2 rooms making it thousands of dollars. It’s not a real family friendly place it’s more for rich couples. I had a spa voucher booked for me from a friend as a gift (I didn’t book it ) the ladies at spa were not very helpful they wanted to charge me to cancel my appointment but the appointment was made by somebody else and at the time I was checking out , I had my daughter with me and she said kids were not allowed in the spa area but she wouldn’t allow me to change to another day or they were going to charge me to cancel it when I thought it was a gift voucher and I could come back at any time , so my daughter had to sit in reception and wait for me to do the spa treatment , I feel like they just wanted money the whole time.. Other than that it’s a beautiful place.

Our Villa was near the service area - rubbish bins , cleaning equipment/ products. We were woken both mornings on a weekend by the large rubbish bin collection at 6.30-7am. Spa near kids pool and all you can hear are pool noises during spa treatments. All little disappointed for what you pay to stay and spa treatment prices.

Wish there were adult times in the Jacuzzi the first day we went there were 10 kids in there. The second time we went the next day it was cold. Bummer.

Our room was located too far away from the rest of the party so couldn’t just duck in or walk over for the 50th but the buggies easily accommodated us.

I loved our room and the staff and the buggies. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had and I usually steer away from a buffet but the staff were the standout.. nothing was too hard.

the villas are quite far from facilities, so walking in the rain wasn’t ideal. That being said they do offer, pick up buggy services, to run you around. We just felt strange using them, as we felt families should be prioritised.
