I am in my 80th year and initially I had to park on the street and carry my luggage to room 29 in the far corner of the premises. Eventually I was able to park in a tight spot on the grounds close to my allocated room..

The night porter was on hand to facilitate my very late arrival following a major delay with the ferry. It was a 4 degree night but the room was lovely and warm to arrive into , in the early hours of the morning I

The only thing I didn't like about the rooms is there's too much light coming through the window finishings at night time they need some block out curtains or something on the rooms especially the one on the inner corner of the facility which is no curtains and the light comes in all night I like to sleep in a dark environment it was very difficult for me to sleep

The staff are lovely especially the cleaner is they do a very good job and very eager to help me if I had any issues

Only had vertical blinds which didn't stop all the light coming through. If you need super dark room, then take a mask. Was a bit noisy from others around, but was pretty quiet from 10pm. I stayed on a Tuesday night.

Nothing to complain about but if being extra picky….bigger mugs for tea or coffee and maybe separate shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Reception barely available. Room servicing bare minimum. Bed made, towels changed but no vacuuming, no cleaning of plates and cutlery. Previous tenants leftovers in fridge, some cutlery had food stains and no one to tell.

Bed, shower facility, tv. Clean at first glance, fresh smell on arrival. Close to shops and eateries. Great seaside view. Quiet street.

The hotel could do with an elevator to the 1st floor, with a small family having to lug luggage up the stairs. It's a bit of a hassle. And no breakfast is served at this hotel, only lunch and dinner, I think this is a bit of a loss for the hotel and the customers. Other than these two things, I can't complain.

The king suite room on the 1st floor was so nice! Clean and had plenty of space, a large king bed, and a beautiful view of the Mersey River! There was little to no road noise, and I didn't even hear anyone else outside of our room. Watched the spirit of tasmania 2 coming into the river after dark, which was nice to watch. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at this hotel restaurant. Easy to find onsite parking, plus if that isn't available, there's also an overflow carpark behind the motel. Highly recommend accommodation!

Very bright outdoor nightlight near the window so room not totally dark. Electric blankets did not work.

Excellent location, easy walk to Devonport. Lovely hot shower. Very reasonably priced.

I would have loved some heating in the bathroom.

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is well situated to all the attractions of Devonport. There is daily housekeeping, which was appreciated.

There wasn’t much to fault. The only minor issue was that the hotel was quite busy the night we stayed, so the on-site parking was full. That said, we were able to find street parking nearby without too much trouble, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Elimatta Hotel. The rooms were clean, nicely presented, and the bed was very comfortable. While our room didn’t have a view, there was a lovely outlook from the upstairs common area that made a nice spot to pause and take in the scenery. A great base for exploring Devonport.

The bedroom curtain let in the light from the outdoor spotlights.

The room was very spacious and the equipment was perfect for dinner. The bathroom was clean !
