When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The whole property is really run down and is in desperate need of some TLC. Signs are falling off and lots of junk scattered across the property. So much dust accumulated behind the bedside table and grime on the bottom of the shower screen. Sound insulation not good, could hear people talking/walking outside our room which made it hard to sleep. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The aircon filters hadn't been cleaned for years. The TV didn't have adequate instructions. The rooms which had 2 cards, one was for power only and one to let you in the door! These two cards were identical! Staff aren't onsite & one night I had to wait hours to get let in!

The rooms were dirty, toothpaste everywhere in bathroom, microwave dirty, fingerprints everywhere. Hand prints and lip prints on shower glass, cobwebs, mould on window sills, curtains old and hanging. Needs a huge update and clean. Rubbish all over the grounds. Beds were hard. We booked a queen and got two large singles.

Too many stairs. Gardens/Grounds were covered in rubbish, shopping trolley, discarded tyre. Plug hole in bathroom sink was filthy. I cleaned it with a facewasher - wasn't difficult.

The cleaners never cleaned our room properly. One day we left before 9am, returned well after 6, the sign on our door had not been moved. Spoke to the staff at reception, while they were happy to replace towels, not once was there an apology. They did however come up to collect our rubbish. Sadly, housekeeping were unreliable the whole time we were there.
The property was welcoming and somewhat clean on our arrival.

Very dated property in need of a lot of maintenance and TLC. Railing falling off in shower recess, no lock on bathroom door. Very dark room. Windows were filthy and curtains desperately need replacing. Room could do with a good clean.
Location to where we needed to get to over the weekend in Melbourne.

No toilet paper left in the bathroom.. No tea towels... Tea & coffee ... not enough Not enough soap and shampoo... Very dark, dingy decor.. Terrible smell entering area near our room..like drains or dead animal. Numbers falling off , directing you to rooms. Needs a lot of maintenance...

We stayed in the marble room with a spa, the room did not look like the pictures above. It was dark, musty and smelled of smoke. There were also cigarette burn marks on the couch. I would say the room is used as a staff room instead. Spa bath could not be used as soon as you start the spa, all the dirt in the filters came out. Dead bugs in the shower, the bed had 2 pillows, and the pillows in the wardrobe were full of dust. I don't understand how they can charge $350 on their website. I couldn't be bothered to take pictures either.
The location was only the really highlight to the venue we had to attend. The staff advised the aircon in the room is not working and to put the lounge room. Air-conditioning on.

There was no tea towel to dry cups after having a tea. There were no teaspoons for stirring the tea. The remote control didn't work as the batteries were dead. The carpet was rather grubby so I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. The hotel is rather tired and needs some updating. The furniture was rather old and plates basic, mismatched and for two only, as well as the cutlery - tinny and mismatched as well. There was only one double electricity outlet near the kettle and another double in the bathroom, nothing near the bed.
The bed was quite comfortable. Only two pillows left together on the bed, I felt they believed only 1 person was booking and not two. But we found 2 more pillows in the cupboard.
