Location, it is in a perfect spot. Beach access, 3 pools, bar in between the pools, restaurant and your a 5 minute walk to cafes and restaurant

Key for gate to pool missing and never replaced. Lights not working at door and back bedroom patio. Kitchen equipment poor and some need replacing. Crockery pretty horrible.

No issues - very happy with my stay and the hotel in general.

Sharon and Stacey were terrific. Sharon was responsive in arranging a suitable time to collect the keys and was able to give really clear directions that ensured check-in was smooth. Stacey was also amazing in helping me when I locked my phone in the apartment when I left for my flight home at 4 am and could not have been more helpful. The apartment is nice but relatively basic. Comfortable king-sized bed and good pillows. The apartment is in a quiet corner of the hotel and you can hear the waves if you leave the sliding door open. Parking is very easy to access and you can get good meals by the pool. Easy 5-minute walk into the main street and direct entry to the beach from the hotel. I'd certainly stay again and highly rate the team at the Elysium.

We picked up our keys from a seperate office which was about 10min walk from the apartment complex. While it may not seem convientent the host was grat and she gave us some really good tips for our stay

Nothing not to like, but to improve things, it would be nice to have a sink and bin in the kitchen, plus shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. Perhaps a draft excluder along the front door to stop the geckos and insects walking in.

3 pools to choose from. Convenient bar with happy hour in the middle of the pools. Comfortable, private room that looks onto a field. It's part of the Pullman hotel, so the reception staff were friendly and helped direct us to the room. Is a nice place to relax. It also has direct access to the beach, so you can walk along it to the main strip.

Fantastic stay at this studio apartment at the Pullman. Facilities were great and pool area was lovely. Plenty of space and pools to choose from. The apartment was very nice, with large bathroom, decent balcony and everything you needed to make a simple breakfast or lunch- fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, wines glasses etc. location was perfect - right on the beach, 5 min walk to main strip of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing resort facilities, especially the lagoon pool. We came here for a family wedding, absolutely stunning! Easy walk to everything Palm Cove has to offer. I highly recommend staying here.

Being an apartment i expected a little more in the kitchen and prep area so that i didnt have to eat out for every meal, like a toaster or even a sink to wash the dishes that are there, the only sink is in the bathroom.

The bathroom was an interesting design but I loved it. It was generous in size and i loved that the shower was a walk in and not over a bath. The bath was lovely too and large enough to submerge comfortably and relax in. The decor was tropical and eye catching and it had all the comfort and furniture needed within the room. The selection of pools within the property were beautiful and all restaurants are within a short walk. We loved our stay.
