Beautiful pools and gardens make for such a relaxing environment. Love the kid-free serenity pool. Small but very comfortable room. Lovely soft bed!

Elysium is run separately to Peppers resort so any issues have to be dealt with by Elysium not the hotel. Had multiple issues with the room keys which delayed me getting back in to my room. This did take a shine off the experience as it was a bit disjointed. If I was booked directly through the hotel this may not have occurred.

Peppers beach club is beautiful. The pool is the draw card and it does not disappoint. There were days that were quite windy but the design of the building protects guests lying around the pool. Swim up pool bar was a winner.

It was a little annoying that we had to pick up the keys approx 800 metres from the resort when we didn't have a car, but everything else about Sharyn's service was excellent.thing

Loved the location and facilities of the resort. Apartment was well placed to overlook the pool, but not directly so you didn't get too much noise from the pool area. Once windows were shut, you couldn't hear any noise.

Great location and facilities. The apartment was clean and had quality furnishings that had a coastal feel. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the main pool. Staff at Elysium were great to deal with.

Just to note the reception is separate to the actual hotel. So if you need anything you have to contact a different reception. Having said that they let us check in early. We could leave the cards in the room as we didn’t have a car so they were very accommodating. And the hotel didn’t mind us leaving our luggage with them to wait to go to the airport.

Great facilities. Swim up bar is fabulous. Location is excellent close to everything no need to have a car iif your coming for relaxation. Spa bath room was lovely.

Beds were a bit on the harder side

Great location in Palm Cove. Our serenity apt. was a nice size and fit 6 adults comfortably. Pool was very nice and surrounded well which helps block wind.

There were not enough seats beside the pool available, as they were always occupied by others. This made the facilities harder to enjoy.

Pool was a major feature with comfortable temperatures and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the variety of pools available to use according to your desires. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and capacious.

The apartment was beautifully set up with everything you need available. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was amazing having both the apartment balcony and our own private rooftop terrace. Can't fault a single thing.

There was very little not to like. If I were to nit pick, I’d say the gym facilities and the fact that we only received one gym towel for the duration of our stay.

The pool was the absolute stand out! It had lots of seating and there was a swim up bar and a smaller pool with a spa. Location was also ideal as it was only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Bed was very comfy and a smart tv was included in the room. Check in was smooth and straightforward.
