We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No Free to air TV. Not that I could see anyway. Garage door remote needs new battery, didn't always work. No key for back door.

Garden could use a tidy
Great location, only around the corner from the plaza , 15 minutes to the open range zoo, the house had everything we needed bonus was its well equipped for kids even had toys which our kids loved!

My only criticism is that the house could do with a deep clean and also a tidy up outside. It's not really bad but would then make the stay perfect! Also set the timer a bit later to water the plants as it's quite noisy when it's on.
Beds were really comfy, house is beautiful, everything you need is available, bedding and towels provided. Host is very responsive on requests. Location is very close to supermarkets and shopping centre.

If we were to be picky - Gardens were a little overgrown , and some areas could have been cleanier. But we did request early checkin and owner was very accommodating so this may have impacted that.
We wanted someone budget friendly to rest a few days and explore and the property and Size exceeded expectations- plenty of room, spacious , very welcoming feel, basic supplies like sauces etc on hand was really great. Loved the secure back little garden area and felt the kids toys basket inside and equipment outside was really lovely. Location was very good very close to doctors which we needed up needing as our son fell unwell and very close to shops . W

Water hammer in the kitchen taps and some of the doors in the kitchen and bed room noumber two need adjusting. The toilet cistern has been replaced at some stage and is too wide, preventing the lid from opening so that when seated it digs into your back.
Close to Pacific Plaza and a short drive to Werribee restaurants. Tea, coffee and milk provided as well and soaps and shampoos. Large flat screen TV with internet access ie Youtube. Off streat secure parking.

There was no cooking pan, had to use pot to stir fry vegetables.
A complete house with everything you need. There was a bottle of pasta. cereal, rice, spices, oil etc was given conveniently to use. Supermarkets & shopping mall walking distance. Open zoo 13 minutes away.

One bathroom for 6 people is a bit tricky at times.
The house was quite spacious, the toilet was separate to the bathroom which helped with 6 people staying in the house. The weather was quite cold at night but the small heaters in each bedroom kept them nicely warm and the big heater in the living room warmed it up nicely. Easy to walk or drive to the large shopping centre. The kitchen was very well-equipped with pots & pans, rice cooker, utensils, slow cooker and basics in the pantry. Sofas & armchairs were comfy.
