Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We enjoyed our stay, we wanted to have a couole of drinks and dinner so this place suited us perfectly. A coffee shop is 2 minute walk away. The beds were good.

AustraliaI confirmed downstairs room, ended up in furtherest room upstairs. Toiletries could be updated to large containers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Tissue box would be useful. Reception area not clearly sign posted or easy to find. I'm familiar with the area so eventually found the right parking, then I had to find receptiion. No one to give keys to on checkout, I guessed to put key in letterbox.
Beds provided a restful sleep. It was clean and comfortable. TV worked well. My children and I a had a cosy and satisfied stay. Price was very reasonable.

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff at reception are extremely helpful and made checking in a breeze. The location is also fantastic as it is separate from the bistro and main building, so it’s relatively quiet but you still have access to everything.

AustraliaWe arrived for check in and waited a good 20 mins before a staff arrived. The TAB next door paged for accommodation several times. Due to the sudden upgrade, they must not have prepared the apartment room so it was lacking cutlery, bowls etc even though there was a kitchenette. There was one heater in the living room where the sofa bed was so we slept there. No heater in the main room so it was freezing.
We were upgraded to the apartment room due because the smoke alarm in our room was beeping non stop. The manager couldn’t fix it so transferred us to the apartment room. Management was quick to answer calls. Good location and had free parking. Close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive.

AustraliaJust a few little housekeeping things, really .The toilet seat needs to be looked at. The curtain was broken, and there were cobwebs on the walls and ceiling. And could do with having a hair-dryer.
The beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. Overall good value for money. We even got bonus breakfast packs and food/drinks vouchers. I would stay again.
