We couldn't unlock the back door next to the parking space. Also parking space very tricky for larger vehicle. A pod coffee machine would be a great addition!

Great location, very cozy on a freezing night, had to ring to get correct lock box code but Laura answered straight away and helped me out, well stocked kitchen, lots of warm blankets, comfy beds.

The off street carpark space is very small - we have a small car so it was ok, but a larger car would need to park on the street.

Great location, nicely furnished, friendly communication from hosts with small welcome basket. Check in and check out instructions clear.

Lovely quiet street but there is a busy road near by that unfortunately at 2am it sounded like locals were drag racing for 30mins. Also, the shower pressure was very low, so hard to wash one's hair. To manage expectations, we think it should be called Forest Road Townhouse vs Sage Cottage as it's in a built-up area which is great for walking to everything but not really a cottage location

Lovely condiments left for an easy breakfast and snacks. The hosts did so much to make sure you were comfortable from lovely bedding, mattresses, towels etc... and also a great lot to tourist information. The local was near beautiful shops and restaurants and the museum

One major blind did not work - it's electrically operated by a remote. On site parking best for small cars. We appreciated that the owners gave detailed instructions.

Decor and furnishings very tasteful and calming. Good lighting day and night. Clean and well equipped. Heating excellent for winter visit.

It’s a minor matter, but the parking on the property was tiny, though it was very easy to park outside. Not a problem at all.

The only slight imperfection was the shower water pressure. Perhaps there was something going on with the water supply and was hopefully temporary but, it just trickled out. This is the only reason I didn't give a 10.

Very friendly thoughtful host. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and so close to everything. Loved the thoughtful generous touches provided by the hosts. Loved the place! Highly recommend, has everything you could need plus more!

We had a lovely 2 night visit and loved the location of the cottage! We didn't use our car until we left as could walk everywhere we needed to go! Thanks to Laura and Lachy for providing such a warm welcoming stay!!!

All the basics done well, clean, comfy and cozy, light & bright, friendly & responsive hosts are welcoming and generous with local info & recommendations. Some nice personal touches from the hosts give it a homely feel. Location was great - very walkable to all the town highlights, but still away from the hustle & bustle when back at the property for some quiet time.

Everything! The attentive hosts....they had covered of everything and were very thoughtful in adding a personal touch to our stay. Having the fridge and pantry basics available made life very easy. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect.

The location was fabulous. Also kitchen well set up with basics in the pantry. Everything to make our stay comfortable. Coffee vouchers and wine was an absolute bonus. Cottage was super cute and had a great feel to it.

Literally the ONLY thing that was a challenge in this entire experience, which is also a ‘nothing’ thing, is the wifi password! We had an event over the weekend where we needed to do some prep work on some slides and needed internet access across multiple laptops and phones and so entering the very long wifi password multiple times was a little rough but once connected, the wifi connection was IMPECCABLE!

laura has that Mama-bear energy everyone needs in their life!! So loving, so thoughtful, every detail was really taken care of, she was super fast with responding and answering all of my questions, super patient. The cottage had everything we needed and MORE! We had space, comfort, warmth - it was truly our home away from home and we are so so so grateful! Thank you so much Laura, you beautiful, kind soul of a woman ❤️

Shower pressure and lowering the electric blind took forever.

Such a relaxing feel, beds were so comfortable and everything felt so clean and the smells were lovely from the rooms to the towels.
