The owner Caroline was friendly and easy to contact. The place was loaded with utilities, which made meals easy. Definitely a nice little cosy house, perfect for a holiday stop.

If we were travelling to Dunsborough, we would be most glad to stay at Fairway View again. It was a most comfortable and enjoyable place to visit. Our host, Caroline, was very polite and helpful with any concerns or questions. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so lovely and convenient to have 2 bathrooms. Excellent value for money ☆☆☆☆☆

Main light in bedroom was not working. The ensuite was a little small.

The air-conditining was excellent. Having a downstairs bedroom was a bonus for us, as seniors.

Property is clean and just as pictured. Needs plumbing update though as it’s quite loud and house seems shaking when turning on the shower water 😅🤣

Extremely well appointed house with comfortable beds and pillows. Large towels too! Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything required and there were extra things to be found in the pantry and fridge. Secure garage for the car and the golf course at the back makes it quiet. Deck to relax on. Close to the main area of Dunsborough. Caroline the host, was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend as it worked very well for our family.

The property is a very good size and well set up to accommodate 6 people with bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. It has nice neutral decor, and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The only thing worth mentioning is it seems the property is in need of a visit from a plumber as there was some very loud pipe shuttering when upstairs bathroom was used. Was fine for our stay but it could affect sleep.

Great location out of the main strip, however only a short walk in for a coffee, great house, heaps of space. A great deck outside to have breakfast at and watch the golfers. Facilities in the kitchen are great, you have everything you need.

The squeaky floor board on the top floor made it a little hard to sleep in but minor.

The location was excellent, with just a short walk into town. The facilities were also excellent with plenty of space for all, beds were lovely and comfortable and Caroline kept us up to date with checking in etc.

I couldn't find the key to the unit, as it was in a small lock box on a pillar facing opposite the main door. There was no one to help except through phone contact.

The house was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. We all had enough room to relax in the main living area. It had all the things you need in a house (tea, coffee, paper towel, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc). The house was also easy to keep tidy during the stay.

Great location, the house was spotless and communication with owners was fast and easy. Parking in driveway and room for a car in the garage too.

The rooms upstairs are quite hot even with the fans on as the roof is metal.

The place is very well kept, comfortable,stylish, very clean and close to the city and overlooking the golf course.

Very noisy when people were walking upstairs Couldn’t get the TV to work properly. Just wanted local channels and could only get fetch channels.

No aircon on top floor but does have ceiling fans only the one small TV but again has full options for movies and sports

Upstairs would benefit from a split level air conditioner.

A fabulous stay at this tasteful, thoughtfully appointed home, looking onto the Dunsborough Lakes fairway. The beds and lounges were super-comfortable. Two separate bathrooms was a huge bonus for two couples travelling together. Kitchen was spacious and well appointed and the fridge was mighty efficient. Big lock up garage for security. Nice quiet location only a few minutes' drive from Dunsborough shopping centre. Loved it! Can't wait to return.
