The room next to me 13 and 14 were very noisy all night up until about 11PM going in and out of each others rooms standing out on the v=balcony talking and smoking, then I could smell them smoking a joint about 9:30 PP..I have my 11 old son with me and was waffling into our room even with the door closed being such a strong distinct smell..so wasn't has pleasant as ,y previous stays but I don't think people should be hanging out smoking on the balcony and socialising..if you wanna chat and smoke then that's what the pubs for and go there to do it, thanks.

A little bit of delay to check in after hours, some staff a little disinterested in their job, others great. Could do with seating outside of rooms.

Electric kettle is not auto stoping when boiling. Easy to get steam burn to turn it off manually. Pretty dangerous.

I stay here every month and most rooms are great! However, two issues on this stay: room 28 door leaks like a sieve so its noisy and cold; second issue: for some reason the wifi in room 28 is rubbish

Access to the place. This was a MAJOR!!!!!!!! problem for us as we arrived at night from the city - PEAK HOUR traffic - pouring with rain - pitch black - from interstate and unfamiliar with slip roads. We were EXTREMELY LUCKY !!!!! not to have had a head on collision as we followed the confusing instructions from our GPS which told us to take a slight right and then a left (this had us heading into oncoming traffic) In the light of day, it was clear what we needed to do. Just beware !

We thought the best thing about it was value for money. The room was attractive and clean. It had most things we wanted, although the jug only worked in the bathroom ( a minor problem). I would suggest if you have mobility problems to request a downstairs room as there is no lift. We were there for 3 days and cleaners respected our preferences via signs provided to put on our door. The Sports Club next door provided us with great food at an affordable price - Seniors fish & chips $16 - highly recommended. Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating.
