Not didn’t like but we struggled to get the blind up in the master with ensuite, and the cleaner made you aware of the dishwasher not draining - not an issue at all for us as we didn’t need it but just wanted to make sure you were aware

Our children are easier the bath than have or put in the shower. But with space in bathroom I can understand the layout.

Once the host text me instructions lock box was easy to locate and access keys. Booking.com did not send the instructions through till Sunday. But host was amazing

Did not have correct lock box number which had been given in a previous email. Slight panic trying to get hold of someone to give it to me. Later found an email had been sent morning of arrival but as up early and driving to location the last thing I thought of doing was to check emails as thought I had received the necessary ones. Not a good idea to send final details or changes on day of arrival especially if travelling for some hours and may not have access to emails.

Location very convenient. Kitchen facilities excellent if wanted to dine in. If weather had have been better, outside deck with barbecue looked very inviting.

This place is a hidden gem, literally. An easy 15 minute stroll along a beautiful bush path into town. Evenings on the balcony were beautiful and quiet. Beds and linen were the most comfortable we have experienced in a holiday home. We would 100 percent recommend this little gem and we will be back to stay again and again.

Sheets weren’t changed or cleaned - hair, dirt and stains on sheets. After discussing dirty sheets with management (we were very understanding) we were told we would out cleaning fee back. We then had to change all the sheets, pillow cases and quilts in each room. I contacted management regarding this after our stay and no contact in return after a message and call , then called the owner and she said because we left the dirty sheets in the laundry (where dirty sheets go), some in the cupboard as we had to change all 3 bedrooms and I didn’t want everything piled in the laundry, a blanket on the window and left 10 minutes late we would only be getting half the cleaning fee back. Was quite disappointing seeing as we were very understanding and kind about having dirty sheets. The wifi was cutting out/ disconnecting every 10 mins and ensuite sink was blocked.

Not enough cutlery, glasses; etc. You need more knives and forks and glasses than the exact amount of people staying as you might have multiple meals in a day and need forks for serving platters; etc. in between dishwasher use, although it's also not a big deal.

Found long black hair everywhere, sheets and pillows had stains on them floors were filthy

The indoor floor could use a more thorough clean (our crawling babies had black grime on their hands and legs after crawling around indoors) and the mattress in the master bedroom was very very soft which we found really uncomfortable, all other mattresses were firm enough and much more comfortable though so we resolved this by sleeping on the double bed rather than the master queen sized bed.

Convenient location (walking distance to Dunsborough town). Excellent amenities including portacot, high chair, washing machine and dryer and iron/ironing board as well as a really well stocked kitchen with all the appliances. Very kid friendly with large and fully enclosed balcony.
