Needs some TLC. Facilities need a new coat of paint. Parking $5 extra on site which i didnt notice prior to booking. Not a bog deal bit this could be incorprated into overall price. As it stands, with this property being out of main city centre, you would need a car to get here.

The noise. There was some party of very loud people in the room next door and another room or rooms visiting in them.. The yelling shouting and general excitement in the room , in the hallway and outside until after midnight was dreadful. They had no regard for other guests at all and no staff appeared to tell them to keep it down. My husband had surgery in the morning and we needed sleep. Can't choose your neighbours but staff should be able to ask them to.pipe down people are trying to rest.

Good for a short stay. I was there for one night only. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast included was a nice surprise with tasty choices. Thank you to the staff for a short pleasant stay.

Being woken at 1am by a false alarm fire alarm.

I was given a ground floor room designed for the disabled, as I wasn't disabled the bathroom was fantastic. Great bed, very big and comfy. The room was close to the entraance.

The lighting wasn't fantastic, but was suitable. No storage in the room. The tv was very small, and very dark. I was unable to make it any better by adjusting the brightness. But still it was watchable.

Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable. Easy access to the room, my initial room was on the 2nd floor, which I was unable to access, so I got a disabled access room. It wasn't what I was expecting, but is good for its purpose.

Noisy! a lot of children running up and down the corridors. I thought I'd booked a double bed, even though I was a single traveller, but ended up with a single bunk. It was only $120 for the night (plus $5.00 to park the car) so I guess I shouldn't have expected too much. I guess the name of the hotel "Ibis Budget" says it all. This is not a place I'd stay in for more than one night. The buffet breakfast area was packed and looked more like "feeding time at the zoo". I ate my breakfast in the room.

Not far off the main road into Canberra and was okay to a one-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Compact room with plenty of hot water in the shower-room.

Air-conditioned and heating barely up to scratch. Heating was noisy during the night . Had to pay $5.00 for car parking, which was not mentioned on my booking.

Public carpark but need to pay for it… indoor about 2C colder than outside. Breakfast starts quite late compared to other accomodation so no point paying extra for it if you intend to leave early. Rooms need a proper clean. TV remote was filthy

The room and bed were cold, even with the heater on and the window shut. Was asked to pay $5 parking but I refused, because I'm already paying $129 for one night, even if it included a basic buffet breakfast. The bathroom was small, but functional, albeit odd that the sink is on the opposite side of the room to the toilet. TV unable to connect to phone to stream movies. No elevator in hotel, had to walk up three flights, not easy to do with a chronic illness.

Cheapest option, not too far a drive from the hospital where I had a specialist appointment
