The couches were a tad uncomfortable, but that is nit picking.

Fantastic place to stay, warm and comfortable and plenty of things to keep the kids (and adults) entertained and off screens! Close to the beach and a short drive to town\shops and the hosts were great! Would definitely stay here again!

There wasn't much to not like! Perhaps the floorboards in the billiard room.. could put flat rug to absorb sound.. ? Games room was in garage and was away from main house..

What an Absolute gem! Would love to stay here in ⛱️ summer! The kids loved the billiards table and the arcade game being it was in the main house. There was everything here ..you hardly need to bring a thing..from coffee machine ..kitchen supplies ..beach towels etc etc And great we could just stay one night.

We were only at the property overnight to sleep as we working at a local event. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the property was clean & beds were comfortable.

Room to move, but some of the double beds are quite small for a couple, esp if you are used to a king bed.

Need to have a fly wired door at the back and windows. Flys are terrible. And a top sheet on the beds.

The house is clean, close to the beach and town centre. Dog friendly. Nice to see jam, honey, etc. are not in an opened jar. Most B&B have opened used jars that are used by other guests.. There are a lot of things to do for kids and adults at the house.

I couldn’t use the spa because there was no handrail into the spa and no handrail on the steps up to the spa. There were no fly wire screens on the bedroom windows and so uncomfortably hot overnight even though we were using the ceiling fans. Hated the oven and microwave. Instructions impossible to follow. Finally worked the microwave out, but not the oven. Also microwave dangerously high. Mat in living room a trip hazard. Also door code only worked once after a few tries.

Swimming pool, pool table, table tennis all great. The house was beautifully presented and EVERYTHING was provided, including a bottle of bubbles. Location great, beaches close by, free tennis courts close.

No fly wire on bedroom window (we still slept with the window ajar) and blind was a bit narrow so the sun would shine through the small gap early in the morning. Microwave was not standard and took awhile to figure out how to use it.

Comfy beds, good showers, did not need to use air con much at all, great kitchen, lots of extras to ensure we did not run short of anything. Did I mention great pool and spa? We were in them every day and both were easy to maintain and manager kindly checked them half way through our ten day stay. Loved the keyless entry for kids to come and go. Loved the pool table and table tennis. Good size dining tables inside and out. Very dog friendly. Close to beach, tennis, playground, corner store, town centre.

Was a bit nervous about breaking the pool cleaning robot, when asked to clean the pool after use.

House was very clean and welcoming, it was fresh, with lovely decor, and had everything you could need. The pool and spa were amazing, both clean and at perfect temperature. The variety of games also a lot of fun. Walk to the beach and show was easy. Sparkling on arrival added a lovely touch. There was a really nice energy throughout the place.

This is a weird thing not to like but I know feed back is important. The linen had been washed in a super smelling laundry liquid. It was so nice to have fresh sheets but the smell was intense especially the first night.

We loved the property. The pool and spa were so great. The kids learned to play pool and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean and had fantastic appliances in the kitchen.

Lots of room and really comfortable place that makes you feel at home. So much included, you don't need to bring much at all. Pool, spa, and games were amazing, we needed more time there to be able to enjoy it all!

The only thing we didn't like was the toilet door is to short and had no seal. If anyone went number 2 the whole house knew about it. 😣

The home was close to everything. Compfy beds, and furniture, clean and had everything we needed. Linen was included in the price which was a biggie for us.
