Location. Secure parking.kitchen

Did not have breakfast. Big spacious apartment with 3 toilets

Stairs. One of the group has bad hips so was a shock to have 2 flights if stairs and the massive internal stairs. Sqeaky doors. Also quite noisy at night. A man was coughing in next unit.kept me up all night. Also indigenous sleeping on bench in foyer and was there all night drunk and foul language

Awesome amount of space in 2 bed apartment. Location allowed for a pleasant stroll back from the esplanade after dinner. Air conditioning (especially in lounge) was really good. Pool area was pleasant. Furnishing was probably what you expect at this price level. Well equipped kitchen.

This property matched or exceeded our expectations, so nothing to complain about.

The unit smelt like it had been scrubbed in chlorine

We had a fantastic view of the pool area & loved sitting on the veranda eating breakfast & having afternoon drinks etc. The reception staff were very helpful & nothing was a problem. A big thank you there.

We thought the apartment should have been cleaned at the same time the linen was changed. The linen is getting a bit old looking.

When I arrived there was a long hair on each body towel and dust in a variety of corners in the apartment.

The pool was okay but the hot tub was warm if that. No elevator/lift and we were given the top floor for my 72 year old mother to climb steps with her walking cane.

The location was good. It was a 15 minute walk into town if you kept a good pace. The unit was large with all the necessary kitchen appliances to cook simple meals. We were given early checkin which was probably the highlight of the stay.

We ordered a rollaway bed ahead of time for one of the kids. It was delivered, but never set up. When we went to put the kids to bed at night we realised that they had a chain a padlock on the bed so we couldn’t use it. This caused some stress while trying to get a hold of management who were not answering their phone. Eventually someone came out and unlocked it, but it was disappointing that it happened in the first place. Yes, there is mold in the bathrooms, but it’s an old unit so we just looked past this. There are other things too, but not worth mentioning. The biggest letdown was that my daughter forgot her expensive noise cancelling headphones when we left. We know for a fact they were in the unit. The manager claimed nothing was there so they were definitely taken by one their staff. It is on us that my daughter forgot them, but it’s really sad that their staff steal from their customers.
