It would be great if there was an option for breakfast, even if it was a prepackaged continental style. The rooms facing the road have a balcony but can be noisy if you don' like traffic noise. Other quieter rooms can be booked on request.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very good for the price. Room was comfortable and all in good order.

For the price I really can't complain, but the mattress was pretty basic. Pretty noisy in the morning from the highway too. I also didn't like the fact that I had to turn the heater on upon entering the room of a cold evening.

Staff were helpful with confirming the booking, friendly and was able to facilitate all of my requests. The room was very clean, the surroundings were a bit basic but for the room rate, it was perfectly adequate. Room and bathroom decor was impressive for the price. Linen was quite nice too.

Very hard to find entrance for hotel. Larger signs for lift would be useful.

The receptionist was very helpful and moved me to another room at my request.

Pillows were too hard but overall the room was good. Getting into the bathtub to shower was a problem, but mostly thanks to mine and my partners age and dwindling physical agility..

Room was clean although lift and some outside areas a bit less than perfect. The food in restaurant was outstanding, Chinese cuisine, fresh and well cooked. Staff attitude and service was excellent.

This is a simple and clean hotel. The front desk staff is accomodative and friendly. I requested an early check-in as my flight reached early, and to our surprise, the request was granted. The international socket that we brought was not able to use it, and the hotel borrowed one to us for our emergency use. The hotel's environment is good, and it is a walking distance to Westfield Knox Shopping Mall.

Definitely not soundproof! A lot of traffic noise gets through. Bed is the biggest letdown of the room - clean and warm but not overly comfortable

Great last-minute deal with very accessible rooms and carpark. Staff member was very friendly. Room was spacious and had a great view of the hills. It's a bit run down but has all the things you need. Fine for an overnighter.

the housekeeper didn't change the bed sheet as routine. during my 7 nights staying, they changed once. anyway, the front desk staff was friendly and she helped to change when i requested.

good location and convenient, with a shopping mall and food center in 30 minutes' walk. the hotel has a Chinese food resturant on its second floor which is really good.

The bed may have been a little too firm for my liking but I was still able to have a good nights sleep.

Reception was very welcoming and helpful which set a good tone for a stay. The room was a reasonable size and very clean with tea & coffee provided. The internet was better than most motels/hotels I have stayed at which was important for me. There were no noise issues- very quiet in fact. There is ample parking and a very good on site Cantonese restaurant with the staff being very attentive. Happily stay (and eat) here again.
