Tv in master bedroom did not want to change channel from channel 7. The remote control was not working as batteries weren’t working and the signal did not work and the toilet seat in the ensuite needs to be tightened as it was slippery slipping off.

The cleaner could probably do their job a little better. The floors seem to be a bit sticky and the walls have run marks in places. There was prescription medication left in the fridge from a previous traveller.

We liked everything. Our critiques are minor.

Door between laundry and downstairs toilet was off the hinges... almost got locked in!

Basic supplies in the fridge and pantry very welcome. Extra mattresses were utilized as it was a party of ladies. Laundry facilities with clothes horse made laundry duties easy. Place smelled lovely upon entry.

1It was cold. We needed more blankets and we had a little girl who struggled to sleep with the parents. 2 The living room sofa needs replacing because it is old and the leather is peeling off of it

The area the house is located at is very quiet and close by to a lot of shopping, food outlet, train & bus services. In our case it suited us to a Tee as we were halfway between where our two sons lived. The house is in a quiet area and off he highways. For us it was great and suited the size of our family and the location we needed. I would recommend this house for sure. The owner is also very easy to reach and most helpful. One of our Grandchildren left a necklace on the mirror near his bed and the owner has found it and is going to post it to us. Pretty good I reckon.

Not very clean kitchen and living room rug needs a good clean too, one of the showers was constantly dripping, wet carpet in front of the bathroom with dripping shower

The place was overall quite dirty. The mirrors in the bathroom were smudged, and the walls were dirty. The floors were sticky, and there was mould in the showers, which also had very dirty shower screens. The bannister was sticky to touch. The kitchen was also dirty, and the oven had drips all over the front. The benchtop was partially covered with contact, which was ripping off. There was a discarded trolley in the backyard with rubbish in it and rubbish in the garage. One of the bedroom windows had a huge hole in the flyscreen, and the downstairs toilet door was broken and unable to be closed properly. It was disappointing that such a great house was let down by something so simple as cleaning and minimal maintenance. This could be an amazing property if cleaned properly and maintained.

The house was spacious and well equipped to cater for a big family. The beds were comfortable and the pillows fluffy.

The house was dirty, my nephew walked around on the floors and had black feet, there was a dirty pad behind the bedroom door, mould in the bathrooms. I could add pictures but I will leave it at a rating. Security cameras all around the house felt intimidating to talk.
