The list of rules should have been a red flag even before getting to the room, then more within. Weird. To say it is tired is an understatement, best look for alternatives in the area in future. Reminded me that even booking.com is not infallible.

The water was Luke warm, the towels were hard and old, everything was old and dated, not retro style... OLD, there were so many rules. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, rooms had not had a deep clean in a long time and it was dirty in the room, I would not stay there again. The room had horror movie vibes. The only bonus was how cheap the room was.

the hotel is in vintage style, but it was clean and had everything you need for your stay. The price matched the quality. The staff is good. The rules of stay that the staff shows you for review before checking in with adequate conditions. They are quite clear and doable.

that the door on the toilet didn't fit, so didn't shut. That the TV stations didn't work, there was no milk for coffee. Needed to hunt for light switches, outside door latch not very secure. The amount of don't dos I was told before I was handed the key. The price I needed to pay if I wanted to go in before 16:00

This motel needs to be demolished or at least some attempt to update. Shouldn’t even be rated two stars. No hot water. It was barely tepid so a cold shower wasn’t appreciated. Towels so thin they were almost invisible. No milk was supplied. Will never stay there again. Will keep driving another 100kms and get a cheaper yet better room.

The lady in the office was friendly. Tea and coffee was supplied.

Absolutely NOTHING. This place is a dump and should be bulldozed. Booking.com have possibly mixed up Goolgowi Motor Inn, which is superb, 4.8 out of 5 with Goolgowi Highway motel, 0 out of 5. I feel for the couple who maybe own and manage this hovel. We had prepaid, but left immediately on seeing the room, booked into Goolgowi Motor Inn, rather blow $100 than have no sleep.

This hotel in my opinion does not even rate a 1/2 star. On arrival I asked the owner if I could cancel the reservation as the town had no facilities no sit down meals club pub etc.they are all closed but was told they did have a takeaway that closed at 5 pm. She advised that it was too hard to cancel this special reservation. No empathy whatsoever so I left in discust. The pictures of this hotel are at least 9 years old, and does not reflect the true condition of the place. The office area was discracful so I can only guess what the rooms were like and now having read other reviews I am very unhappy that I wasted my hard earned cash on making a booking in the first place. This place should be removed from Booking.com.

This wasn't the smartest of places that we stayed in, but perfectly adequate for 1 night. Clean and comfortable, affordable price, quiet at night, pleasant hosts.
