Gorgeous, well-equipped apartment in tranquil surroundings. If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love staying here - we spotted wild wallabies in the bush behind the estate, grey geese, bunnies, lots of birds, and the owners’ lovely alpacas! The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. Staying at Grey Goose @ Smiths on Phillip Island was truly a highlight of our holiday in Australia!

We had an amazing stay! The layout was really comfortable and cosy. The kitchenette was handy to have breakfast, watching the Alpacas and grey geese. Would highly recommend the location, you're close to everything from Penguin Parade to local shops/restraunts. Can't wait to come back for the cosy fireplace and wonderful atmosphere.

What a paradise to explore Philip island. Very good equipped with a lot of extras. Good bed, nice kitchenette and a lovely view on a big terrace.

The photos don't do the loft sufficient justice. It's bigger than it looks, so that's a plus. But the house photo is not of our accommodation. Knives poor but we carry our own.

Everything was good. Peaceful, well furnished self catering loft with views over Bass Strait. Chilled out over Xmas with all our food and booze. Breakfast provided and lots of coffee pods. Air con/ fans etc, though the Southerly kept the unit cool.

Everything about this place is great. Cosy loft had everything you need for a nice and peaceful getaway. Fireplace, great views, llamas and the stillness of nature were the highlights for us. It’s a really good sign when at the end of your stay, you don’t want to go back to the busy city. Thank you, Heather and Glen, you’re wonderful hosts and we’ll be back.

Heather went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Facilities were clean, well maintained. Surrounding fields were peaceful and alpacas were a delight! If visiting Phillip Island, I would highly recommend the Grey Goose!

The washing machine isn’t in the apartment as the listing makes you think, it is in the owners house so you just need to liaise with her to get washing done. Was easy to arrange and she was very accommodating though.

This is a very minor thing, the ocean view was a little far away but was very beautiful never the less and you could in fact see the ocean for sure from a distance and feel sea breeze too.

Heather greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property that we stayed at to get us started with the facilities and the room.

Gorgeous location. The sunrise over the property is stunning. The view over the water is perfect. The deck is just wonderful to enjoy the peacefulness of the vista.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great balcony with views of the rolling countryside to the ocean. Alpacas, wallabies, rabbits and many different birds added to the spectacle. Was within walking distance of the Grand Prix track (just, for us).

Relaxing was not a problem at such a comfortable apartment, with endless views and welcoming Heather. Delicious breakfast supplies were much appreciated, great advice on local sights and walks, and to top it off, the arrival of a brand new baby alpaca while we were there

A very comfortable well appointed first floor apartment. Quiet nights with views of lights along the coastline from balcony and sounds of surf at nearby Smiths Beach. Abundance of birdlife including harriers hunting on dunes, ducks,geese and friendly domestic chickens. With a good variety of breakfast items we started the days at our own pace and finished with a dusk stroll across the paddocks to sit and watch wildlife at the dam before returning to the cosy warm apartment to cook dinner. A very enjoyable stay.
